- Underwater hand signals are the secret language of divers. Once you get good at them, you can have entire conversations underwater. Some divers even find themselves using scuba diving hand signals on land 😁
technical hand signals are little bit different then recreational scuba , we use one hand I'm the most signals . some signals are vary from Organization to another , or vary from School to another . but and the these are Our secret language
I went on my first dive, fell in love with it, but I'm also scared of the ocean. I had trouble keeping water out of my mask because I kept breathing out my nose. It is on my bucket list to get PADI certified and dive around the world.
Your trim is spectacular my man
Appreciated
Good demo.
Nice video
Woooooow, good exercise ❤
super like
❤ good
What does BREAK mean? How are you supposed to use QUESTION?
It means something is broken. Like when I was rec diving the other day and my buddy's computer broke. He pointed at it and gave the "break" hand signal.
Break mean : for example we have a deco stop at 12 M or deep stop at 24 M and someone not in the right level or right depth: now you break your level. Something else if someone break the time , bottom time or stop time .
DECO ? Meaning?
You'll learn this when you take deco training. If you're not doing technical diving, you tend to remain within decompression limit and hence you won't use the "pinky" signal yet. One big difference between the basic signals and Tec signals are the numbers and ascend. Btw, the 1 - 9 are normally in 10s. So, signal "3" means 30. But when you want to say 100, you go 1 0 0 instead of just 1 0. Hand signals in Tec must be precise and no room for "assumptions"/ guessing what your buddy might mean.

Thank You Soo much ! 👌
DECO stand for decompression.
No Decompression time : refer to the time which allows you to stay at certain level. If you break it or exceed it , the diver well hit by decompression sickness. In technical dives , it is decompression dives , so the divers has to make decompression stops starting from 21 M to 3 Depth , it depends on the dive profile. Feel free for any further questions.
