Late to the show (didn't start watching the channel till after I bought my loaded pickguard), but really appreciate when I see stuff like this, for any human, but especially for a veteran or military member (10 years USAF myself). Dylan, you are awesome. Shows why you hit 100K, and why you're going to continue to grow. Love this community!!!

I wasn't paying too much attention to your description of the pickups until you started to play and they sounded so good I had to go back and and hear how you built them. Great job on the rebuild and great tone on the pickups.

You wouldn't believe what this thing sounds like with no matter what you put it on or throw at it they will clean up to the most beautiful brightest cleanest clear to all the overdrive or dirt you can throw they will take it and then some Gilliam probably the most dynamic sensitive setup I have ever played if he don't sell a lot of these pickups people are deaf 💯💯💯💯💯💥💥💥💥💥💥🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘👍👍👍✌️✌️

THERE'S NO MUDDINESS ON THESE PICKUPS OR POTS ............. IF YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO SELL A TON OF THESE PEOPLE ARE DEAF.............Dylan these pickups are spectacular you can't put into words what they sound like I don't care how dirty you want it to sound or how clean you wanted to sound these are probably the widest spectrum pickups I have and probably will ever play 💥💥💥💯💯💯💯🤘🤘🤘🤘🤯🤯🤯🤯 I would love to design the pickup cover for these because I eventually want the perfect proper covering for the pickups in this guitar that you brought back to life THANK GOD FOR YOU AND PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD (DON, LESLIE )YOU GUYS RIGHT THERE WITH HIM IN MY BOOK... PEOPLE OF THIS CALIBER DON'T EXIST NO MORE

I have a similar story about my first guitar I bought It is a Tiesco brand strat copy with Melody hockey-stick Nick the guy was asking $150 and for three months and kept going down on the price until I could actually afford it I was on a fixed income at the time I have had the guitar for 24 years goddamn all fender parts and lace sensor pickups it still needs work done to it but a buddy of mine done a lot of the work done a fantastic job and really didn't charge me much of nothing for it the guitar was stolen from me but I was blessed enough to get it back so it is stuck with me and I will not get rid of it for nothing most people name their guitars I named it after my daughter Great story

    sweet "resto-modded" tele bro!
what color switchtip ended up on her?
i turned a 75dollar squier affinity strat into a "poormans" david gillmoure tribute guitar without going broke!
also put better pups in a monoprice retro classic(tele clone) and gave it to a lifelong friend...took him a few min to realize that it was actually his haha!!
feels great to "pay it forward"!
