    The question might not be fit for this particular video, but what kind of glazes ideal for red terracotta clay(Indian, roof tile clay), Bisque required? If work is dried in air, then able to dip in glaze?

      earthenware clay, needs to be bisque fired, then glazed, then refired, same as stoneware, but the temperatures are lower. If you are using specialist air drying clay that doesn't need firing its not really earthenware. That stuff, I believe, you can paint as opposed to glaze. Shops sell low firing (earthenware temp) glazes which you can buy or you can look up recipes online. You probably need to fire it in the 1000C to mid 1100C, I am not sure as I deal with stoneware myself but the glaze packs will tell you.

    Could this technique of wiping back be used with dipping or brushing glazes ?
