He is one of them obviously. Then there was group discussion round where Future of Electric cars was the topic. 3/30 got selected and he cleared the HR round too. Later he said that there isn't any specific way to secure a job in a company and we should have a neat profile and have to update it. He is comparing himself with workers in Maruti Suzuki and says how they are more experienced. He also advises not to think that a brand is superior or inferior. Whatever the brand is, your work only matters to you. Then he explains about how we should respect our job and how to appear for an interview. He ends the video by saying follow your passion and what suits you. The Harsh truth is there is no scope in India at present, I would suggest u start preparing for gate or other competitive exams, I am a 2017 pass out from same branch and as a brother m telling don't waste your time thinking If u wanna work in the automobile industry either you will be eligible for service advisor or sales or as an engineer you have to wait for company openings in which the criteria is min 60 % agg. There will be a lot of scope only when electric cars are there otherwise there is no use of waiting .
