Yep, we were supposed to know from last episode that AFO "saved" Touya! But Endeavor didn't know yet, so it came as a major shock!
As for that girl with the black hair toward the beginning of the episode, we don't know her name. We've seen her before as a background character (I think maybe during the sports festival?) but that's it! They showed her to demonstrate that news of Shoto's victory was motivational to all the heroes, even the ones we don't know well!

So much happened in this episode! I yelled like 3 times. I wish the heteromorph prejudice had been talked about in a serious way a bit earlier in the run of the show but seeing AFO manipulate people's legit struggles as just another tool in his arsenal feels so sinister.
