  • Episode two of my project to restore Lukas' 1968 BMW 2002... Today the '02 gets some new Hella Headlight conversion 7" housings with H4 bulbs.
    Unfortunately, the grill is missing parts and will have to wait.

    Great video, but the "music" background is most annoying...lol!

      Hey there, sorry I missed this comment. The Hella part number for the kit is 002395301 - pretty sure you can get it all over the place. I'm still really happy with it!

    Great vid, very helpful and has helped me order some new lights! Did you need a relay as well for this install?

    • @spuriouspseudo
      @spuriouspseudo  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I didn't need any different relays or anything. The Hella kit is a straight plug-in replacement.

      @@spuriouspseudo That's good to know, thank you. I've just ordered off the back of your video 👍🏻

    What size tires are you running? Those fronts look perfect.

      Thanks! Those are 205 60 13s, Yokohama... I don't think you can get them anymore, so I'm going with 888s next summer. With the sport springs that I have they fit great. Only rubbing that I've had has been on the James Bay Road.

    I’m just wondering how hard and expensive is to source parts for a 2002. I’m debating between a 2002 and an American muscle car. Love the 2002, but don’t want to be stuck during the project.

      1000rm Honestly, it's not terrible. There's a lot of places selling parts across the States... You can even get stuff from BMW. Car is a head turner and super fun to drive. Do it.
