Thanks for the stitch with me. I enjoyed it so much! I vote you just stitch what works for you. Those of us who love your videos will watch whether you have one or ten projects to show. I hope getting back into the work routine goes well.

Enjoyed your chat about Outlander which is also prompting me to do the Scotland Mandala and I completely agree with your comments about the film White Nights... I remember seeing it in the cinema a few times when I was a student.
A rotation is a difficult thing to set up and I always fing there's an element of fight back when I set rules..even for myself.. so I set myself annual goals for each piece and track my stitches on a google sheets tracker. Then I stitch whatever I fancy or whatever needs stitches if I don't have one calling me. I do however have a focus piece that I want to finish this year so it gets more attention than the rest.
I'm happy to watch your videos whatever you decide to show.

Great Stitch-with-Me video! I enjoy how you explain the decisions you are making while you’re stitching. It would be nice to be closer to your stitching, especially when using the pin stitch ending, and also when beginning a new thread. All the different methods stitchers use are fascinating to me.

Hi Linda, i love your stitch with me's. I think you should stitch on the project YOU want to stitch. I like most of yout patterns, so all would be nice ;-)
Zoom meetings - I'm very similar to you. I would also like to join the stitchcomunity, but I'm too shy and scared. My English is not so good and it is often difficult for me to speak so freely in my mother tongue ... in english it's even more difficult for me.
I think the camera setting is good. Happy greetings an stay save.

I am just stitching and listening to you talk and I had to comment! I heard you talking about insecurities with meeting other stitchers (online or in real life) but that stitching can feel lonely sometimes. I just wanted to let you know that at least half of the stitchers feel the same way! The first time I went to a real life retreat here in the Netherlands, I cried while leaving the house, literally balling my eyes out, because I felt so insecure about myself. I just wanted to let you know that everything will always turn out ok and better than you think!! Big hugs, Debbie

Thank you for the supporting words, Debbie 💜 I salute you for going eventhough you cried! I am starting to realize that many of us (stitchers) share not only the love for cross stitch but also the struggles.

You really do not need to be scared of joining a zoom they are so much fun. I have people that come on and just listen in the background and then when they feel comfortable they will then join in with the conversation. There are people from all over that join some don’t have great English and 9 out of 10 there is someone who can translate to another language. Really enjoyed your stitch with me I am intrigued with the half pin stitch maybe you could show a close up on how that is done. Camera view is good for me. Take care and happy stitching 🧵

I agree with you about the supporting your kids... our office had closed in my town so the boss had me working from home when my daughters were 12 - 17... a squeaky needle... ick... I can even feel them squeak so the headphones wouldn't help me, I just get a different needle!!! I started Outlander again too... I just finished season 2 last night! I am almost done with the 7th book Echo in the Bone too... excited about season 6 on Starz!!! As far as rotation goes... I don't like the rotation... I don't always like what is next... I have 11 HAED's and 4 non full coverage pieces... I have them all in a row on my shelf, I just pick one up and start stitching... I go until I want to stitch something else... as for what I want to see you stitch... any!

Omg, a new season! *want to scream like a teenager*. I understood it was coming but I guess we have to wait a while in Sweden before we get the rights to show it on Netflix maybe. CAN'T WAIT! I'm still reading the first book.. I haven't read books for a long while ( I listen to audio books instead) but I have set my mind to get through the Outlander books, because I love the serie so much.

Really enjoyed your stitch and chat today. And its nice to see someone make a few mistakes and how they fix the problem, and that its not the end of the world when you mess up. Im so glad your daughter is having great start to this new school year. My grandkids are too. I noticed your needle threader and how yours just glides back out of needle...I have one that looks like yours but mine is hard to get it out of needle with threads. Can you tell me where you bought yours at?? Or name of it??. I also love to watch Dizzy Stitcher but have been too nervous about joining the zooms. I know its silly but I worry about what will I say, will my Texas accent sound funny?? Do I need to wear nicer clothes than my comfy clothes, lol 😆 🤔 so I chicken out and don't zoom. Maybe one day I will try it out. I think you should definitely do his zooms...everybody already knows you and watches you. I love hearing your stories and your English is perfect 👌. Praying all goes well for you when you start back to work next week and you have no problems getting up early. Looking forward to next video and you can stitch on whatever you want to stitch on. Stay safe and Happy Stitching

I hear you! Clothes, hair, accent etc 🤭 it's funny we think a like.
Yes, stitchy mistakes happens all the time and in my full coverage pieces I think I mostly try to fudge it depending on where the mistake is.
I bought the needle threaders on Amazon actually. I think I've seen some on Traditional stitches as well but not sure if it's the same though.

Hi Linda! I love to watch your videos, I love to hear you thinking about this or that ... and please join the zoom, I think they would be happy to have you there! I didn´t get all the people, you´re talking about, but -maybe- I´ll find them one day. Linda, you won a HAED pattern some days ago ... wich one is it???? I`m so curious, I can´t wait any longer!!! Please do the next video and tell us! --- So, I´ve to look up all the chantelaines now. I started stiching a few months ago, I´m not so good in stiching to start any of them (and first I have to do some bankrobberys) ... but looking ... just only looking at them ... I know, you understand me! :) :) :) Have a great time!

Personally I get too bogged down with schedules and self imposed deadlines. I as a flosstube watcher don't mind whether a person has a set rotation or not. I just watch for their personality 💜 so whether you only worked on one thing or a few dozen doesn't make any difference to me, just that you're enjoying yourself 😊

Hi Linda. Another great stitch with me. Technology hmmm. Yes I know the feeling. I think you would do great in Darren's zoom meetings. I think most of the people on there would know you from your flosstube and would love having you on. So take the plunge.🐒
In regards to how you want to rotate your projects, I'm happy with what ever you do. All your projects are great.
I like Little Alma flosstube.. she puts a yearly goal on all her wips. Whether it's 45000 stitches on a project. Two pages on another etc. A mirabilia finish a year like you want i believe. I like that idea because your favourite wips have larger goals. You get to stitch more on what you want when you want and your not stuck in a rigid routine. Just whatever works for you. I think we all just need lots more years added to our lives to enjoy and finish our projects happy stitching🦫🐨
