Did my Corolla GR Transmission fluid with OEM fluid @12k miles did differential and transfer case with red line fluid@10k miles and break fluid at 20k. I also do regular oil changes every 2500 miles with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0w 20. I’m thinking of switching to 5w 30 oil, I’m doing so research first. Btw I’m currently at 23400 miles and have done 9 oil changes already that includes break in oil change at 1k miles. My only mods are SXTH intercooler with full custom hot and cold side charge pipes, car make 303whp and 310wtq according to mustang awd dyno. But good job with you fluid change. I’m glad I got OEM transmission fluid in February when it was cheap 28 bucks a can now’s it 80.00. Next transmission fluid change I will use red line if price doesn’t drop down.
So it is pretty much drain and fill. Do you have to warm up the transmission oil to the right temperature before tightening the fill bolt? The reason is the oil expands when it heats up.
@sinisini5168 any toyota gear oil gets filled until it runs out of the fill plug. This isn't something that is sensitive to fluid level like an automatic transmission.
Thank you brother, this really makes a difference. You can feel the silky smooth shifts right away 😎
Thank you for letting me do it! Amazing car and congrats to you!

Using Redline, nice!!
You know it! Love their products personally.

You know it :-). Done it twice so far and love it.

I got it to normal operating temperature first so it flows quicker

Pretty much, yes.
How many miles when you are doing this transmission oil change ?
If it’s a new car, probably sooner than later to get the metal shavings out and refill with fresh fluids. Just my opinion though.
when we will se an install of a @zenrageexhaust on this cool channel :)
Do you have exhaust for Cayman 987.1?
@@512TXSDIY of course we have :)
Hello. This is Cherry from Coverado. Are you interested in working with us to try our seat covers and help us make a video?
Hey! Do you have something ready for Corolla GR?
Dude, they give you a fantastic central jack point for the rear. Just check your owners manual....
I cringed when I saw the area you used!
Thank you for watching and the comment
I wouldn't get under that. Maybe flat in the garage but on the slope of the driveway no way.
It’s safe and secure
@@512TXSDIY it's on a slope with nothing other than gravity holding it down. I bet I could easily push it over.
