Beautiful views Feral 😊 Thank you. Hope you're feeling better and recovery from the cramps is going well my friend 🤞🏻 God Bless 🙏🏻 Appreciate you always 🫶🏻
I screen shot the opening landscape scene from your room. It could be a Swiss Alp calendar photo for the month of June or July. Beautiful. Must of been hard to leave. Hike on.
@@feralhikes8898 no barbed wire....I saw a video about luxury car leather. They said barbed wire can ruin a leather skin. Not saying these cows are being sold for their leather, but just an observation. Great hike Feral!
Oh no Feral! I can relate to the leg cramps and excruciating pain! Recovery/electrolytes do help. Hope you can figure out something to use, salt tabs in H2O maybe?
Be careful you do not get rabdomylosis, from lack of oxygen to your muscles due to elevation gain. Maybe extra rest is due. I know you listen to your body.

@@ewokinthewoodscairn8908 It's not cramps. While I do get those, too. This is shin splints & quite localized in the anterior tibialis.
I'm really jealous... it brings back fond memories of my trans-Suisse hike in 1984. BTW, long article NYT 6/30 on TBI.
@@6bev i might have seen that one. Was it with SEALs?
