I feel so in love everytime I hear this music..
I and my friends saw Valerie, Fayette, and Shirley about 60 times in1967 and 1968, at the Echo Lounge and Blinstrub's in Boston. I was 23... I am now 76, and it seems the Three Degrees are still singing.... If this all was in Britain, they would have "Knighted" them, and had them at the Royal Albert Hall, for all be events. America needs to honor its legends., starting with TSOP !

Just heard this song from a Local Radio. Searched it by some of its lyrics. "Woman in love" is what i vaguely remembered and used to search it. Kept showing me the song "Just another woman in love" LOL. Was about to give up searching then i saw this one. Clicked on it and the rest is history, now its the third day of playing it on repeat. God Bless the ladies who sang these.

Me, too! I'm nearly 70. That era, their music gave me countless memories that stilll make me smile and fondly remember my youth(ful) escapadees there, in NYC, and the various MA and CT clubs. We learned close-dancing that were ectasy experiences danicing with the young women we loved.

Well... they were knocking them over in the 60s... They rocketed to fame in Boston in the summer of 1967.... filling in for the Supremes in Blinstrub's THE. biggest club in Boston.
A one week gig morphed into a two month run and then they moved across town to the Brighton neighborhood, next to Cambridge, where they held forth for SIX MONTHS in the "Echo Lounge", and where I saw them 60 times.. (They were "The Celtics of Song Groups".... They owned Boston.!!!

My best friend had a family member who worked at the label on broad st in south philly, we were always there and also Sigma sound down on 4th spring garden st.
