    Thank you for this incredibly informative video. I especially appreciate the tip about NOT watering immediately after repotting for a week. Quite valuable information.

    VERY helpful - Thank You!! My ZZ plant is enormous and taking over virtually half the room. I will break it down according to your instructions into several plants and will make gifts of the ones I don't keep. 🙂

    Thanks for the detailed tips! I'm an experienced gardener, but I definitely would have watered the fresh divisions right after transplanting if I hadn't watched your video. Thanks again!

    If you have a larger zz plant your trying to split in half can do you recommend using a knife as it is 2 big to just split w my hands ?

      Yes you can use a knife, just make sure you keep the compost fairly dry for a few weeks after so that it can heal over, otherwise it could rot the tuber.

    My plant have so many shoots but only one big bulb. How do I separate that? Can I cut the bulb

    • @Gardeningat58N
      @Gardeningat58N  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's a little trickier, but yes you can cut the bulb, just don't get the sap on your skin and make sure to allow the cuts to dry out for a few days before planting to avoid rot.
