Even though you didn't upscale this footage to 4k before you exported it, it resolves pretty well in lower light over the stock app. Much less noise! Handles TH-cam compression well. Pretty neat experiment. Definitely going to try this one out. Compare it with Open Camera 200mb/s 4k footage. Stock 4k UHD. As well as Filmic 100mb/s footage. Thanks for the heads up!
I did and raw is amazing 8bit and even 10 bit from filmic pro can't compare with 10 and 12bit 4:4:4 chroma. Bit depth and colors are on another level. Tried to convince my friends that i used my phoneand not professional camera 😆 They still don't believe me. 😂

Interesting! Does the raw video work with Slimraw? Offloading to the computer with Slimraw has pretty much been the standard workflow for CinemaDNG video for a few years now, as this greatly reduces the disk space needed. Have you tested this?
You should be able to connect the T5 drive to the phone before you process the files. Then when you pick where to save the DNGs you can pick a folder in the T5 right away.

I tried using motion cam , when I transfer the video file computer and than to davinci resolve ,the audio and dng files comes separately not like the combined video form as per your tutorial, kindly help me.

Excellent app, but if you don't have a powerful mobile forget it. Tried on mine and only get 7fps.( Xiaomi Redmi note 8 pro) For RAW photo I prefer Proshot, it seems that Motion Cam compresses RAW files in any way and exig is wrong.
When I try to import it to Premiere via media browser, it says unsupported format or damaged file. I don't understand what the problem is, usually it works fine with DNG.

Tried this mate, it’s a nice gimmick!! Not worth the hassle, can’t be used professionally so why go to the trouble? Dropped frames galore, no iso meta to be adjusted?? Also there is no log profile, might be different for pro version. If you used canon eos m magic lantern, you will never change to this. Better just get an old BMPCC og or like you eos m, x100 better. This is just taking normal image and encoding it as CDNG. After all that you going to struggle with bad filters, and lenses, limited supply on that side. Worst thing is rendering times to CDNG and not to mention the download time to pc from phone!!! Takes forever!
@@Diglicous Nothing without very fast storage. On some phone i have tested they have very fast cpu but very slow storage speed and than it starts dropping frames like crazy 😆

Yep 👍😄 I know last night I shot like 15 clips with my 1.55 Anamorphic Lens saved them to my SD drive 🤓👌 worked out great

Make sure to change the settings from raw 16 to RAW 10

DaVinci Resolve is what I use on the computer it's free and on my phone I use Polarr app and VN app for editing 🤩👍

It reduces the Framerate showing in the zip File, maybe the LG V30 cannot handle this app

Yep. Also no issues RAW 30FPS/50Mbps at a ratio of 2.39:1 from an older Samsung S9, zero dropped frames. Phone is from 2018!!! so incredible.
