My thoughts: Red-Eyes needs more low-level monsters, not high-level ones. Getting cards in the Graveyard fast is the challenge. It wants to drop a Red-Eyes Fusion turn 1 (or 2) and then do it's plays turn 3 (or 4). Pure Red-Eyes still is nowhere near playable. Red-Eyes needs an external engine(s); it can be run with Bystials, Kashtira, Neos, or Predaplant/Rose Dragon to decent effect, depending on the format.
