Thank you for your videos on snowglobe tumblers!!! I've tried before and gave up. After watching yours I tried again and made SIX!!! I used baby oil and ran out so used mineral oil. It's more expensive but glitter falls a little slower with it. :)
I wonder if putting a vinyl circle covering the bottom then drilling would help with the oily mixtures. Then when done with pouring in the mixture removing the vinyl to seal it. Have you tried that and if so did it work?
Thank you for the helpful video! Does the Elmer’s glue and water solution, does it evaporate quickly? I currently use 50/50 glycerin and water. But my tumblers seem to evaporate pretty quickly. Any tips?
Can you add more water to the glue mix if you want a bit faster flow? I made a cup with the water and glycerine and my glitter separated. I don’t like that?
It's processed differently than bottled water (both are drinking water) but it's highly reccomened to used distilled water because of the way its processed (avoids molding)
Im actually kinda addicted with water glitter stuff like this but it's super hard to find a water bottle with double wall, which contain water inside the wall that sell in the market. I try to make it myself. But i can't seal it properly, and i don't know how to deal with resin too. Im desperate 😅
Can you help…I made one with the vegetable glycerin and water but my glitter did not separate. They’re all stuck together in little clumps. Any idea what I did wrong? I did a 1:1 ratio.
Thank you so much for this ! I’m always so undecided on what solution to make
Mini glue stick plug! GENIUS!

Thank you! I’m just venturing into SG & having such issues with solutions.
I found this on tik tok and had to run and subscribe after following there. Ty so much for this tutorial!!❤
Aww thanks so much I appreciate you!
Thank you this tutorial was extremely helpful.
Tip for the baby oil get a plastic Qtip cut off the ends and stick it in the little hole on the bottle and no more mess!

I put a sticker over it
Thank you 😊 great tutorial. Stay blessed 🥰

This video was super helpful thank you!! 💜
Hello I have enjoyed the tips! 😊what’s the best glitter to use?
Do u put a layer of epoxy all over the cup to finish cup? The text u did was very helpful !💜

Do you cover the hole when you degas for the glue/water solution?
I’m dealing with snow globe glass tumbler. The inside bottom popped off when i left in the sun. Should i leave a air bubble or no
are those medium or slow flow?
Couldn't you mix the glitter in the solution before pouring it into the tumbler so the air doesn't get stuck in it?
You could try-- but trying to find a bottle or syringe to fit the glitter would be hard.thr bottles I use wouldn't fit
What is being used to wipe it down? Can I use 70% alcohol
U proably could use a straw for the baby oil solution
For the vegetable glycerin, you say “distilled water “. Is that different from regular bottled water that you drink?

@@creativelyv thank you!
if we want no flow at all, do we full all the tumbler of glitter or we should combined different types of glitter to achieve the no flow effect?
Check out my video on magic liquid!

I found mine get clumpy using fine glitter so I just use chunky glitter mixes from michaels and I had no problems
Do you have to use glue?
I listed 3 options in this video 1 used clear glue 1 used baby oil and the other used vegetable glycerin
What do you mean by 1 part distilled water 1 part veg glycerin. Does that mean if I do 1 cup of distilled water I do 1 cup of veg glycerin ?
Yes 1 to 1 ratio means equal parts.
Does this ruin the non sweat purpose of the double insulation?
Yes
Girl I don’t really think you’d do that.. but the initial thought was like 🙄🤔😳😳
You said 1 3rds Elmer’s glue and 2 3rds distill water
Use a funnel
It's personal preference I don't like it. But if you do that works
