    I love Lee's perception on how he conducts his business! It's "service" focused, it shows that service is his deepest "why" he does this business! Awesome insight in this business!

    PROBLEMS = OPPORTUNITY
    Majority of the deals I’ve picked up have code violations and delinquencies, etc that are a headache for the owners that they don’t want to deal with. These can be win-win deals. It’s the best!

    I believe Lee Arnold is doing a wonderful service for the community (ie - his comment about the neighbor's appraisal going up after his rehab) and also honestly wants to help homeowners, but I think at 14:02, Dave Ramsey (the evangelical Christian financial guru) would say that giving Janette $11k was a curse, not a blessing. Dave Ramsey would explain that Janette does not have a money problem, but something far more difficult to solve.

    He says don't buy flips that will take 12 months to flip,....but no one knows when the market is going to go down, and him and his wife flip. The market could go in three months.
    I like the guest idea of buying property and selling it to build up cash to later buy rentals when the market falls so money will always be coming in.
