@@ricoh.support thank you, can you share me a new firmware please. I tried Ricoh firmware update tool but it say my firmware is latest and does not update it. My firmware version is only 1.06

This fuse is available in the box of Fusing sleeve unit.
Or you could try with another way
Connect 02 cables with non contact thermistor's connector then keep touching and disconnecting both cables and keep trying SC reset 5810002#
If you try this process, you could successfully reset this error code after trying 4-5 or more times.
