Now there are absolutely different types or levels of narcissistic personality disorder or some will have traits due to their up bringing. I had narc traits due to my childhood traumas but I was forced into this way of life until I noticed this from a partner that was directly reflecting my shadow side. You can heal from narc traits but you can not heal from narcissistic personality disorder. A lot of people have narc traits bc of their upbringing/traumas. A narc will absolutely give you a lot of love in other word love bomb. But those bombs turn into explosive arguments and random threats. Over time it turns into everything you don’t do correctly. Through years it turns into complacency in your own actions to grow… you become stuck in a mud like energy almost like a spell has been hasted on you. Narcissistic abuse is very real and it tears you down emotionally and eventually physically/spiritually. The constant undermining, put downs, being called stupid, dumb, slow, and get told you are basically useless. Their words cut like knives and they do not think about what they say before they say them. If you challenge a narcissistic person please be careful bc eventually they will attack you physically even if you don’t say anything threatening. Their goal is to absolutely control you. I've had enough with narcissist mom and sister. I'm quiet and can remember situations very well and have built up my mental capacity to remember these learning situations. I choose to respond not react. And it drains me when a narcassist pushes me to react. It's very difficult to deal with people who manipulate my emotions and cause psychopathic bodily harm to my well-being because of the heart, lungs, and diaphragm problems I have from prior life-threatening injuries. My perseverance, will, and faith are the catalysts for me to endure and thrive to get through this and beyond. I can tell you this, I won't ever let people who are narcissistic and/or have personality disorders destroy my psyche and well-being again. They have selective memory and will continue to lie and talk over you to name two basic behaviors they posses. It sunk in when I heard it described as supply for them because I've described these people as vampires who suck the life out of people and pray on people's livelihood. Usually within the first minute I know exactly who Im dealing with while watching everything. This automatically gives me the upper hand. Ive watched countless videos on narcissisim with plenty of techniques. The only one I found to work was praying for them. Everytime without fail. It defuses the darkness they lose power and authority. Jesus Christ said Pray for your enemies. This was a firm teaching. Jesus Christ was many things one of them being an exorcist. When I was a young man I had some "deceitful demons" around me, men and women. I moved away for 10yrs plus n I get messages and phone calls from time to time 20+ yrs later from others telling me they bumped into so n so n they were talking to me about you. Quiet, Intelligent and a strong sigma male. I know a few narcissist, some in my family. I usually put them in there place, with narcissist just ignored them. I make them feel like they don't exist.
Narcisssist stalk and attack those who are strong, energetic, and smart whether outspoken or taciturn. They have some of the same gifts as as you, in the opposite motivation. They need your courage (energy) that you generate in order to take a joyride of the things they want to do with your power. It’s when we love, trust, and honor them they attack, because they KNOW you’re NOT going to want to hurt someone YOU LOVE. We see them as a real person while they know they phony all the time…just master pretenders. You are their food and a hongry person gone hustle to do whatever it take to get the lick. Fear of missing out and/or you getting away from them, is what drives them to be incessant in capturing you to make you their slave.

My mother, sister, and brother were narcissists. On top of that, I worked around and lived in neighborhoods with narcissistic people. I even got one or a few in the building I live in that have actually been stalking me! They're weird, borderline psychotic, and miserable. They have nothing to lose and want to bring you on their level. I'm quiet and intelligent, and by me staying to myself, it seems to peak their curiosity.

Now there are absolutely different types or levels of narcissistic personality disorder or some will have traits due to their up bringing. I had narc traits due to my childhood traumas but I was forced into this way of life until I noticed this from a partner that was directly reflecting my shadow side. You can heal from narc traits but you can not heal from narcissistic personality disorder.
A lot of people have narc traits bc of their upbringing/traumas.
A narc will absolutely give you a lot of love in other word love bomb. But those bombs turn into explosive arguments and random threats.
Over time it turns into everything you don’t do correctly.
Through years it turns into complacency in your own actions to grow… you become stuck in a mud like energy almost like a spell has been hasted on you.

I've had enough with narcissist mom and sister. I'm quiet and can remember situations very well and have built up my mental capacity to remember these learning situations. I choose to respond not react. And it drains me when a narcassist pushes me to react. It's very difficult to deal with people who manipulate my emotions and cause psychopathic bodily harm to my well-being because of the heart, lungs, and diaphragm problems I have from prior life-threatening injuries. My perseverance, will, and faith are the catalysts for me to endure and thrive to get through this and beyond. I can tell you this, I won't ever let people who are narcissistic and/or have personality disorders destroy my psyche and well-being again. They have selective memory and will continue to lie and talk over you to name two basic behaviors they posses. It sunk in when I heard it described as supply for them because I've described these people as vampires who suck the life out of people and pray on people's livelihood. Usually within the first minute I know exactly who Im dealing with while watching everything. This automatically gives me the upper hand. Ive watched countless videos on narcissisim with plenty of techniques. The only one I found to work was praying for them. Everytime without fail. It defuses the darkness they lose power and authority. Jesus Christ said Pray for your enemies. This was a firm teaching. Jesus Christ was many things one of them being an exorcist. That's why he got so famous initially, he blew up. Praying for your enemy wotks, Im telling you.
