Just want to stop by to say thanks for this podcast. I've been helping my brothers, one an MLO the other a REA, with marketing and have been consuming this podcast by the shovelful. I'm heavily considering joining the ranks as an MLO and this podcast has given me a vicarious experience into what it may be like, won't know until I'm in though. I've had doubts, even though I've been in sales both in house and door to door campaigning for political candidates, but the energy you guys exude make me want to get out of the stands and into the game because I do believe I have what it takes and again your energy is infectious. It won't be easy but I'm willing to fail. Rene's book arrived a few hours ago, I bought it because of this podcast directly, and already I have gotten tremendous value from it so thank you for introducing him.

Hi Dustin, could you please do an episode on ethics? Especially around Respa prohibition of referral and kickback fees. There are things I see labelled as “respa approved” schemes but they feel a bit off… I’d love to hear about ways to add value to agents that is not “a thing of value”.

Hmm...I really try to stay away from anything that could be misconstrued as legal advice. Talking about compliance related issues boarders too closely on "legal advice". Maybe we could do one where I discuss my take on RESPA Section 8 but also speak more about bringing value verse paying for leads.
