When you said "If someone attacked someone you love, are you going to tap into the light or dark energy?" And yall went into the benefits of controlled rage 💎💎 first instinct in most of us is to go into the dark side and attack back.
His encouraging speech only concerns with people who belong to some kind of sport profession which requires winning strategies which he explained intelligently.

Yet, i would request you to help us with someone who could praise ideas related to strategies for common man related to their conducting of daily lives...Every common man is not in the race of winning.
Well for most of us, education is the arena of battle. As a student what is the mindset I must acquire to learn to the best of my abilities and retain the information for a long time? Unfortunately I am able to find only a few guidelines in the show which I am able to apply in the educational sphere of my life. Could you help me? Thank you

When others would tell me I was too militant or too serious about how I believed I should go about my life, I stayed in a depression that was difficult to get out of, not realizing I had internalized those words and I allowed them to make me weak. What was "militant" was discipline and what was "too serious" was focus.
I have never shed tears listening to any podcast this episode put an end to that streak (Tim Grover blew me away)

I was lucky enough to meet Coach Grover in 2015 at an intimate conference in Atlanta. One of the greatest mindset coaches in the world. No bullshit, just real talk kind of a guy.
"If I eat less, would you stay at home more?" Crazy quote, that quote is where the path really splits on how bad do you want it.
To me it comes down to values. What do you value more.. I would always choose my child over personal gains. Maybe that's a flaw, good I don't have children so won't find out xD
The way he explains and puts things into his own words resonates with me in so many ways.
Tim Grover opened my eyes to many things in 'Relentless' and 'Winning'. He is my go-to guy for a motivation mindset.
Winning is having justice, being in a state of abundance. Winning validates having success.

I’ve listened to his book Relentless several times after being introduced to him here, it pumps me up and focuses me… but this interview really resonates with me… taking the emotion out of the process is where I’ve learned to live, it’s harder, but it’s made me harder. I really appreciate this one. It’s the depth, not the muscle or the grind.
