As much as this video doesn’t tell me s***, it actually made feel like going back and looking over my dizzy one more time.
Thank you buddy
Nice ride. Good Luck with getting the golf going! My MK2 Jetta is suffering from fuel issues, I hope to get it fixed too.
Is your Mk2 Jetta Carburettor or feul injection?
Firing order is 1-3-4-2. Make sure crank is at TDC before removing/installing, cam at TDC a.k.a. points to plug 1 at cap before trying to start.
Yeah he's firing order is way out
Take the cap off, make sure the rotor on the distributor is pointing towards #1 cylinder from TDC. If not remove, and re-align
That's correct
Ce carburator as putea sa pun pe un golf 2 1.3 benzina?
Christian, do you happen to have a extra dust cap that goes under rotor cap? Or know where to get one? Thanks.
I might have one. I can check my garage this weekend. DM me
I found I can use a 3/4 12 point on crank gear. The 9 bolts to the Flywheel are 9 mm 12 point.
Just went to replace my ignition coil. TURNS OUT I never had a ground connected. Tan just fine haha
check all your grounds. and mount the hall sensor to the GROUNDING plate. good luck.
The ignition module needs to be bolted to have a good ground.
Any updates on this?
Yes sorry haven't uploaded in a while. Found out the main issue was the connector to the ECU has a broken tab and was not making connection. Car is back up and running
