My Royal palms and Bourbons always roost in a Cedar tree no matter the conditions. If their Wild kin do it all the time then they can do it too. I do however feed them Black oil sunflower seeds for fat.

Helloo, great information, thank you. CUESTION, have 2 breed of turkeys, they are all together, for how long I need tu put the separate, to get pure breed?
Thank you so much for watching and asking this great question! The heritage turkeys reach breeding age at 7 months old. You will need to separate them them around 6 months of age to maintain pure lineage when they are ready to breed.
They’re ok to stay inside there throughout the winter ?
Thanks for your question! The answer is: Yes! As long as they have the appropriate amount of space so they are not crowded the turkeys can stay inside throughout the winter. Heritage breeds need 5 to 8 square feet of indoor coop space per turkey. 💖🦃
