I was at this incredible show. We were speculating if Jon Anderson would make an appearance. Then, Vangelis started to look into the audience and ask, "Jon, are you there?" Unbelievably he was sitting right behind us. What an amazing night!!

The only time he played outside of Europe (not counting the Qatar concert in december 2011 as it was an event "only" for VIP guests. The fans community was outraged by that... including me).

@@Muushondje It's so hard to find a real quality live audio of Vangelis around late 70's beginning of 80's . Tangerine Dream had a different kind of audience, and they offer a vast amount of good live audios.
