A bit more than a year ago, my sister started watching Genisis and was so excited about it. By the her eyes weren't well, and she could do het biible study by herself. Unfortunately, she had a terrible stroke one morning and passed away. But I'd like to thank you for this study. Sure, more people like her that battle to read themselves are benefiting. I thought I might continue cause she loved listening.
I remember reading that statement made by Cain "whover finds me might kill me". I was asking God who is he talking about? Who would want to kill him? God pointed me back to the verse where Adam and Eve are told to be fruitful and multiply before their fall/sin. They must have had many children already before this event with Cain happened.
Thank you for the message! I just got to thinking: its unrelated, but and interesting thought. Do we think that esau had hypertrichosis?? We know that that happens still today though it is rare. Just a fun thought :)
I like your teaching Pastor Paul but the offspring of the woman I thought is mentioning about Jesus Christ. In New Testament , Jesus addressed Mother Mary as ‘woman’.
God warned Cain beforehand... This gave Cain the opportunity to prevent what was going to happen but even at that, the warning went through his ears and he still gave in to sin.

Isn't it wonderful that Jesus turned it around and said we should forgive those who hurt us 70 times 7. Hence, we should be the opposite of Tubal-cain
