    I love the message. I agree and believe that the only person person who can control our lives is ourselves. It is so important to build this relationship with ourselves and take note of our actions, situations that may keep reoccurring, as well as think about what we can do to change in order to overcome them. Life is all about growing with ourselves and I love how your channel really helps others learn to do so!!

    Yeah it's all about having an abundance and growth mindset and sometimes you get that when you say enough's enough of the current life your living (negative life). It's just having a constant positive mindset filled with gratitude for what you currently have. Plus don't get to hard on yourself life happens.

    A lot times it is staying present and asking yourself why and do some introspection and shadow work until you can't anymore. When you can't ask why anymore that is when you found your answer and then it's time to take action.

    Your energy in your videos caught my attention, so I hope you’re getting through your personal slump🙏🏽. I have my own perspective on a particular topic and was curious abt your thoughts on it - Overthinking and how do we turn it into our greatest strength.

      Thank you! I think we really need to alchemize overthinking into critical thinking. Instead of obsessive thinking turn it into focused sharp thinking. When you overthink sometimes that’s just your brain tryna figure something out but our emotions make us obsessed over whatever we’re thinking about causing stress. It’s best to catch yourself when you’re overthinking, pause and observe exactly what you were thinking about, consciously decide to focus and figure out one small thing at a time. And most importantly don’t blame yourself when it happens. Thanks for your comment I might make a video on this topic in the future:)
