The original recipe of sauce ALL I OLI is: garlic, olive oil and pinch salt, made by hand in a mortar and laborious and difficult to do and when I have time like I said I do.. here in Montreal Shisk Taok is very popular and the garlic sauce is made like this..like I said before it;s just a garlic infused or flavored mayo..this too is delicious, and I what did some of you think Mayo was ,,all it is ,is oil and egg,,,lots of oil,,,you doubt.look it up for yourselves.

The real all-i-oli is made with garlic and oil. The translation of all-i-oli is garlic and oil. No egg. It is made with a mortar. First chop garlic with mortar and gradually add the oil, and continue mashing to a paste.

L'aïoli c'est 2 jaunes d'œufs une pincée de sel des gousses d'ail émincés très finements , de l'huile d'olive où arachide ( selon les goûts) et un jus de citron en fin de sauce , attention mélangez toujours les jaunes d'œufs avec le sel et un filet d'huile d'olive avant de la monter... bon appétit
