Person who suffers from a chronic sciatica here, I find it odd he says he needs to stand at 3:06, because if anything the least amount of pain I at least get is from sitting, I can’t even stand for 10 minutes without being in such debilitating pain I’d rather just hurt myself collapsing to the floor for relief. Not saying sitting is painless by any means, hell as I type this I’m hurting, but yeah just wanted to add my two cents since you both seemed a little confused and I know Sciaticas aren’t really that known about despite being so debilitating 💙
