I saw this band on the first leg of the Flesh & Blood tour, this stage set, Warrant opened the show. What a great night.. and yes Bret did that jump over Bobby that night too. It was a fun show, CC like always was the entertainment
Best of this song is the Bass guitarist beats, it really stands out.. most of the time, you hear mostly the vocalist,guitarist t,drummer …. but rarely the Bass riffs. 👍
I was not a huge fan of Poison but the chics in the '80s dug them so I always had one of their cassettes in my car {Bandit Trans Am at that time with a Pioneer stereo upgrade} Thats definitely not love written on her face ✌💖☮

To clarify the roofs of this song as was stated when it came out, during rehearsals C.C. Had invited a couple ladies to hang out who left with him for the evening (hence the two in the video) Bret said they were off to ya know… he came up with UnskinnY Bop or more than enough lovin for 1. That’s why he says what’s right, whats’s left. So basically a song about C.C.’s threesome. Now I need to write “MoreThan Enough Lovin 4 One” 😂
Poison singer Bret Michaels has explained that this song title and meaning came from a West Hollywood street slang in the ‘80’s …”Unskinny Bop “ which was slang for “ Banging a porn star” at that time there 😎 So if you really listen to the lyrics , you can pick up on that easily 😁 Such a fun and catchy song that us parents in the early ‘90’s use to play in the car and sing along too with our young kids at the time 😂
@@zmbdog that’s C.C.’s story , but I stand by Bret’s story that they heard it being used as slang for banging a porn star on the wild streets of West Hollywood back before they become a famous band and were living in rundown places as they were starting out and playing all the clubs there.
I see them live in a four band line up Very entertaining live group it's a better fact that they have it was it was slaughter openand after slaughter poison cave on Weren't kayma next in kiss headlined that was a very entertaining night

C.C. has said "unskinny bop" had no meaning and it was a placeholder lyric they decided to keep.
