Not sure if anyone has pointed this out. "Tmin" is not an English word to my knowledge. I'm assuming this comes from Russian тмин, which translates to "caraway" in English.

It is Caraway. Mongolians don’t put thyme into their stone cooked BBQ. However fresh thyme and rosemary is used for things like stew and roast meat these days in Mongolia.
