    In a recent auction conducted by the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Construction Corporation (HSIIDC), developers flocked to acquire residential land plots in Gurgaon. Three developers collectively invested Rs 500 crore in four land parcels. Trehan Iris secured two plots spanning 5.08 acres for Rs 190 crore, while Eldeco purchased 2.7 acres for Rs 110 crore, and Conscient acquired 5.56 acres for Rs 200 crore.
    This auction, facilitated by the state urban development body, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), attracted significant interest from developers keen on tapping into Gurgaon's thriving real estate market. Sector 80 emerged as a hotspot for development, drawing attention from renowned developers like DLF, TARC, Signature Global, and Anant Raj.
    Mudassir Zaidi, executive director of Knight Frank India's North division, highlighted Sector 80's potential as Gurgaon's next major development hub, predicting a surge in residential constructions in the area. Knight Frank provided transaction advice to Trehan Iris and Eldeco, further emphasizing the strategic significance of these acquisitions.
    Aman Trehan, Executive Director of Trehan Iris, expressed excitement about their expansion plans and the upcoming development project on the acquired plots. With Gurgaon's real estate sector witnessing rapid growth, these acquisitions signal a promising future for residential development in the region.
