Sensation related to smell cannot pass through thalamus dear .. all the information related to different senses like vision hearing pass through thalamus except smell so in this regard right option D none of these in my opinion

I have reviewed different books, where in two books I have found its relay station for all senses and in 3 it was mention all senses (except olfaction). So majority wins!
