The ironic thing about this is that Iveco of all brands used to have a similar cab layout in the Stralis years ago. Two seats behind either side with a table and a bed overhead. Great way to lay out a cab
Hi sandy matey 👍 it's mark from Wirral Merseyside I've just been watching this TH-cam video of yours inside of your Scania XL and to be totally honest with you I'd leave the interior as it is because it just looks the part to be totally honest with you.. and just leave the Scania XL left hand drive because it was only built like that and it's a very rare Scania XL in the England and Scotland and it's rare truck. And don't listen to other people saying convert Scania XL to right hand drive because it's Scania XL it was built that way and it's worth more money being left hand drive. If you convert it to right hand drive it will lose value trust me on this sandy matey 👍. Just leave the Scania XL as it is left hand drive because it looks the business and you'll get plenty of work.. great TH-cam video i enjoy watching them and keep your TH-cam videos coming out because it's very much appreciated 👍👍 thanks from mark from Wirral and i hope to hear a message from you 👍👍👍
Sandy in my opinion you should leave it the way it is its absolutely cracking I hope you get it in your own colours very soon keep the wheels turning take care all the best.
Sandy your business sense is second to none because alot of your viewer's might think you've just bought a fancy show truck and wasted money, but i think what a lot of people watching don't realize is your truck will never depreciate in value it will only keep going up and up in value because it's as rare as a unicorn.
ive had the luxury of sitting in a Peterbilt 389, the big sleepers in the US are lovely but obviously not practical in the UK. If all trucks can be the size of an XL drivers would probably enjoy the tramping much more
Stunning truck sandy well done I'd personally leave it LHD as I see no real benefits to changing it over when you take into account the cost and time off the road
3 pedal opticruise, scania made them for a good while clutch for pulling away and slow speed stuff gives a better level of control, most either went for normal manual, or regular opticruise, dont think any offer it anymore, full auto works very well for the very vast majority of work, no need for the added complexity
A few mate who do Europe would love this scania ideal for doing European driving I love the cab I can drive left-hand drive no worries just need camera for right hand side for over taking sandy best regards mate woosh!!!@!@!
Cracking truck mate, I’ve only ever driven one left hooker & that was a half ton pickup….. didn’t like it at all but I guess being high up makes a difference.
It doesn't make financial sense to convert it to right-hand drive. You would probably open a can of worms with a truck that age. As long as you can get used to it (which you have), there is no point. I look forward to seeing what you do with the top lockers as they do look a bit bland.
Hi buddy that was a brilliant cab tour , I have never seen inside one to the degree you have just shown & the questions in my mind you have just answered , stay safe buddy & keep on trucking 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Very nice Lorry, if you have managed the a82 so far without any real problems being a left hooker not going to be much of an issue else where, the money and effort while fun to convert into a Rhd would buy many other nice things. One day might be lucky enough for a XFXL 😂
Don’t convert it surly it will devalue it? Plus the amount of stick you’ll get people saying “oh we told you not to buy a lhd” make a left hand drive work and prove the twats wrong.
Nice truck, awful trailer, been using same one this year and comparing to Crossland this one cuts out all the time and filter constantly clogging, feel sorry for other drivers having to use Whale trailers
Totally agree with you that all sleeper cabs should be that size and have a similar layout to yours, with the table and seating and bunk above 👍👍

your doing OK Sandy . I meet you on the way to Cambletown on Tuesday and you were well on your on side of the road - she looks fantastic .

Great looking truck, interior is great, just needs done in your livery on the outside for me.
Can you educate me I'm not very noligable on trucks but love your content was that a clutch pedal I seen but its auto didn't see a gear stick.

didn't he pick it up in Holland? They do have steering on the right side, just as the rest of Europe
you need a bull bar in the front protect you for the long haul in that beauty 👍
What’s he going to hit in the UK which would require a bull-bar?
Belter big man, passed you pulling that during the week
Hi sandy is there any chance of a pov video
Nice truck. Never be the same if you change it. 😊
Hi buddy that was a brilliant cab tour , I have never seen inside one to the degree you have just shown & the questions in my mind you have just answered , stay safe buddy & keep on trucking 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
She’s some bus sir 🚌
I would like to have this in the United States.
Over lenght with some trailers in Europe maybe ??
Germany could be difficult

@Trucker Tim
The table would be gone, or at least half the size
its a fit truck
All so when you can rap the truck in your original colour Good luck ###@!whoosh @!@@!
No way , looks better as it is , that would just ruin it
Don’t convert it surly it will devalue it? Plus the amount of stick you’ll get people saying “oh we told you not to buy a lhd” make a left hand drive work and prove the twats wrong.

i reckon you have bought a load of problems there
finally going to a strip club feels like home
It's a cut and shut
What is the point of all the extra space when you still can't take a shit?
Looks crap compared to trucker tims one
Please stop talking about your new XL lorry we already heard it's 6 times. Film more work content.
Ok but what about everyone who want to see more of the XL
Please understand I am only one person and do everything myself
