I hope you don’t take it otherwise but I also have been meaning to advice that you should include some physical activity in your schedule coz it makes a really lot of difference in the overall health and everything. Like it’s not only about weight loss but feeling happier and more satisfied internally if you are getting what I am saying.
Yoga is a really great option. And if u don have the time to step out there are a lot of online options. But please start Aanam.

You know Aanam, I had a miscarriage in the same timeframe as yours. Your miscarriage video actually was the one that made me feel that connection with you. It was my first miscarriage. I never thought of having a kid before but that miscarriage really has strengthened the bond I share with my husband. It actually triggered my wish of having my own biological baby. Then I went through my second miscarriage at the end of last year (it was an unplanned pregnancy).
Miscarriages are traumatic. It takes a lot of time to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. The saddest part of my second miscarriage was seeing my husband sad (he never showed it to me, but i saw it in his eyes).
It takes a lot for a couple to go through this phase.
I still want to have my own biological child but with every possible precautionary measure. I advise you too to consult a doctor before you even plan to conceive.
