I would argue that the "Aks, Mac 11s, Glocks, and Nines" line is too broad to be used as evidence, as they are all common weapons and if you just picked up a random gun-related murder from a pile then it would likely be one of these guns as the murder weapon. But I'm not a lawyer, this is just my opinion, I don't know how it would legally pan out.

Attorney Rivers I have to say I thoroughly love and respect what your doing, hopefully it encourages people not to do crime knowing the consequences and if they do hopefully this can help them minimize their chances of getting trapped in the system due to their own vices of not invoking thir 5th and letting their legal council do their job.
