- Finally decided to upgrade from my RX 7600 1080p card to an ASUS TUF RX 7800 XT for 1440p gaming

CPU: MD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
GPU: Asus TUF GAMING OC Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB Video Card

Same card as I bought as a replacement to my 1080Ti. It is big but not as heavy as I expected. Runs silent most of the time (can't hear it at all above the case fans).

Clean, I just got the xfx merc 7800 xt but saw the asus tuf 7800xt is actually cheaper rn came here to see what consumers think about it
It was pretty dope. Actually changed to a powercolor hellhound edition for more RGB effects. Both seem to perform the same though
So powerful uses 2 power cables when im using 3 just depends on brand ect
Correct, but it usually depends on how powerful the power source to the GPU is. Sometimes same GPU'S has 2 or 3 depending on the brand and also how well it will overclock.

Cool card, I want one. But I got the RX 6800XT Power Color Red devil edition and I don't think there is much difference. Btw I also use an Ultra wide 34" and I love it
ultrawide made going back to console feel unbearable lol. and yeah I think your good with skipping a generation before upgrading
@@BigStuDolla91 I really Think ultra wide rules and my 6800xt runs 3440x1440p extremely well. Right now I am playing a lot of Dakar Desert Rally on epic settings and WOW it looks stunning with that ultra wide perspective and the whole feel is just right. I can clearly recommend that game, but you will need a good gaming pad, if you don't have a set with wheel and pedals.. But a good gaming pad is awesome

You might want to upgrade. I was using a 700watt white psu and it worked but more would be better in the long run
