This was filmed in their dorm. 💜💜💜 The part where everyone is in a bedroom with 2 beds is JHope and Jimin's room.
Guys, I'm not sure if you've checked out the We Are Bulletproof The Eternal MV yet. It's all done in animation and not on the proof album but very worth checking out. It's an Army favorite, but, warning, get some tissues ready. 💜
They filmed it in their dorm. I think that made it even more cozy & intimate
I remember them saying that this was supposed to be their last album before Seokjin enlist which made the MV and the song more meaningful and emotional for me.
"Life goes on" debuted at no.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the band's third number-one single in the United States as well as the first primarily Korean-language song to debut atop the chart. Also first song since 'Despasito' that wasen't in english.
The song is from "BE" album, this is album that they did all everything, they wanted to shere feeling in pandemic, like all decisions about art, package, photos, visuals, concept was theirs, music obviously, and video was directed by JK. They shered full proces online, did bloga and all.
Aahh video was made in thier dorms... hmm and rest in Jimin and Hobi room ;)

Jungkook did such a great job directing this mv. I love that as Tae drives by the stadium where they used to perform he stretches his jaw, like it was stiff from lack of singing. And ending the mv with the concert with the army bombs in the stands. Like i think it was supposed to signify that 1 day theyll be in concert again with people in the stands soon.
In the disney + documentary about them, they talk about the emotions and feelings they experienced during the pandemic. It shows them when they were told that the concerts they had planned and all their promotions were to be cancelled.
Then they got so creative, online concerts and lots of behind the scenes and live streams to stay connected with ARMY and do what they could to stay busy. Gotta love them for that.

I love this song, theres actually another version of it on the dday album by just agust d, i love that version even more. Its a lot more raw and vulnerable whereas this version focuses more on hope and cheering up the fans

I wouldn’t say I cry easily but by the end of this MV I was bawling. 2020 was wild.
I remember when I couldn't stop crying when the MV was released... It was a tough time during the Pandemic, it's hard for the boys too when all live stages were cancelled, their world tour kept being postponed, they were supposedly start their military services that year. Both BTS and ARMY are missing each others so much. That scene of Jin closing his eyes & we see their in stage outfits but no crowds just ARMY bombs.. that hit so hard..

Watching this still makes me feel like what I did back then, and actually teared up at the part where Jin closes his eyes (while the guys are asleep), but then open his eyes to being on stage with just Army B🔎mbs (light sticks) as the audience. It was still 2020, and everything, at least for me, felt hopeless. The guys were too, and they were trying to be brave through it, even though not being able to tour and have real concerts in person with army was devastating to say the least.
The guys look so good at the end! I always find myself rewatching this and the Spring Day MV every other day. I'm american-korean myself but even so I still find inspiration from them. Life changing for sure for me, personally.
I absolutely love this song, its one of my favourites. It comforts me and the melody is like a lullaby - its like being rocked within the arms of someone who loves you. It was one that crept up to be one my favourites - I found myself suddenly humming it a lot and wanting to hear it regularly 😊 I want to get a 'Life goes on' tattoo - which is a surprise to me because I thought Serendipity was my special song as it got me into this ARMY life.

Love this Song and Reaction!! Fun Fact IU’s Song 8 Feat. Suga was also Filmed in this Very House!! Yes there are ( Parts of it Filmed in their Dorm) but Some Parts like the VHS ( GCF ) Looking Part that JK directed and the Outdoor Scenes of Them By the fire Pit where Suga is playing Guitar was Filmed at the same House. There is a scene in 8 where IU sits on The Roof and you can tell from that scene it’s the same house, Plus the Boys Themselves Said it was the Same House, I believe in the Making of Video.!!

RM is the main Songwriter and composer of this song... This song was my most streamed song for Three Years straight (2020-2022).
Also RM's Second Album "RPWP" is coming on May 24 .. pre-release track "Come back to me " will be releasing on May 10 .
This song didn't get as much fan-fair as Dynamite but it did make it to No 1 on the hot 100 billboard charts even tho I think it got like 4 radio plays total. I believe it's the first song in Korean to be number 1 as PSY only made it to number 2. Also, Suga has a version that was not chosen but he decided to put it on his D-Day album. That one is great too.
