Ive noticed the opposite. For instance, if Im feeling more confident, I dance better and listen to the beat as I move, but if I'm super self concious I just focus on being self concious and it isn't good dancing, or even fun. The best dancers are confident theyre focusing on the music and grooving to it, not what ppl are thinking about them.
