@@user-nx6bj7fu6x Go to support.stripe.com/ and fill out the widget on the bottom right hand corner. You have to either have them call you or email them. If you have a new phone number they most likely will require you to verify other things about your account to be able to re-access it.

Hey bro, idk if you still take questions, im gonna give ita try, so i was a stripe account for my old website(eCommerce) and now i closed that site, and didnt have any disputes or outstandings, now im trying to integrate the same account to my new site but it keeps saying (payouts and charges are paused, resolve now) i submit the details and then it says "im not eligible to use stripe and then after few days it goes back to asking me for details) and btw i had gotten a dispute from a customer a years ago which i won but somehow, dispute fees that stripe charges popped up in my outstanding, but it wont let me add funds cuz im from india, im stuck, please help bro

Hi thanks for the video, just one question. I'm a uk sole trader (sole proprietor), but i have an office address and a trading name (not my personal name). How do i register as a sole trader (sole proprietor) in Stripe but then instead of putting my home address, i can put my office address and trading name instead of real name. I don't want my customers to see my personal name and home address. I'm guessing i can't put a business name where it says real name, but what if I put an office address for the home address part, would this be and get accepted? Thanks

I cannot activate my stripe account because when I entered the test bank account number it showed me a warning "Known test bank accounts cannot be used in live mode. " Actually I want some testing on development using stripe test mode and I have no US bank account give me the solution. due to this bank detail issue I'm unable to configure stripe with zoho.

Yes for sure! What you need to do is download the WooCommerce Tax plugin to setup taxes to automatically calculate during checkout process: woocommerce.com/products/tax/?aff=24778. Another option is to use Avalara Tax: woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-avatax/?aff=24778

I would recommend using Stripe Atlas to create a business in the US: stripe.com/atlas. You could also go the route of using your friend and that could be a temporary solution but you'll need to at some point have his name on your business/tax documents.

You cannot use Venmo with Stripe. You would have to use PayPal to get Venmo.

The safest way would just be to write the name of your LLC or website name (doing business name). For example, if I owned Nike I could simply write “Nike”

Your API key is useful if you are connecting to an external payment provider. If you just want to setup a payment link just login into your Stripe account and create a payment link at dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links

It's free! You only pay a percentage on every payment. For example, 2.9% on each payment which is the industry standard.

You can still sign up for a Stripe account without registering a business. You would sign up as a sole proprietorship and use your Social Security Number when signing up. Does this help?

I would simply add my personal number for now. If you get a business number in the future you can update to that number.

you have to use a url. so your facebook business url. If you end up getting a website then you can change it later. Stipe doesn't have a phone line but on the chat box you can ask them to call you and they will help you through it.

You can customize the statement description if you want to. Overall, since you have over 100K I would recommend creating a single member LLC or an LLC using Stripe Atlas: stripe.com/atlas.

Eventually you will need to add banking info. But I believe you can set that up later (once you receive payments from Stripe). I personally use Mercury as a bank for startups (no transaction fees, secure, 20x FDIC limit). Check it out: mercury.com/r/mirror-twin-content

@@k4IIen you need to open up a bank account. Mercury makes that super easy. Once you have a bank account then you can transfer funds in Stripe or PayPal to your bank account. I recommend Mercury cause they make it super easy to open a bank account online.
