This is the process of making chocolate rice cake by the Korean rice cake master. It is the only rice cake patented in Korea and has a rich chocolate flavor.

그치만 라이스케익이라고 안하면 외국인이 잘안들어오기 때문에 이렇게 할 수 밖에 없었다는 댓을 봤어요 (ex 호떡이라고 하면 못알아들어서 안들어와요)
백설기라 하면 외국인들은 그것을 처음 듣기 때문에 백설기가 뭔지 잘 몰라요ㅠㅠㅜ그래서 어쩔수 없이 이분도 라이스 케익이라 쓰셨을거에요!

That’s quite an operation to make chocolate cake: I was especially interested in the making of the rice flour and the process of turning the cake mix into a fine powder. If this mix were for sale in grocery stores I’d definitely buy it.

After having seen a lot of Korean food videos I can only come to the conclusion that Korea is the new food capital of the world. Visiting Korea and trying a lot of the food is a must for me. When COVID is over I will save up vacation days and go for a long trip to Korea!
I went there 2 years ago and i promise you that their food will not disappoint! When you go to korea, their street food is a must!

In India (maharashtra) we do make same rice cakes but we don't add the chocolate we add crush coconut, sugar, and some cardamom and milk if needed and we call it as kanavli 😅😊but I liked the chocolate version of it😅👍
