Hi Ken, I like your use of the equipment. Personally I would use a light smear of grease on the running wheels and inside the rails, also a second nut with nylon on the ubolts. The last thing you want to happen is for any part to fail just when you have a nice size job waiting.

I bought the tube steel from a welder and the pulley from a hardware store
