I'm a 2x Stage III Rectal Cancer survivor (diagnosed @ 26 in 2010) so I feel ya on the overwhelming-ness of feeling like poo (rectal cancer pun intended!) & still trying to juggle "normal" life. Absolutely not saying your health issue is like mine (I hope it doesn't come off like that) but I think we get extra hard on ourselves especially during time of stress & change, like you going back to school at a new university. I think the most important thing is to let yourself validate ALL your feelings - physical, emotional, & mental. Sometimes we need to take a step-back & let ourselves accept the fact that life feels chaotic. Don't be too hard on yourself for feeling overwhelmed. Thank you for seeing a doctor & following-up with blood work; I can't emphasize enough how important is it to listen to your body - that is always my biggest piece of advice. You know you better than anyone else. Sending you strength & positive vibes! - Lisa
I can relate, you have no idea how much. I was supposed to move out, I did but had to come back and live with my parents, now I'm looking for an apartment, but it's so hard and I can't afford anything great. The only people supporting me emotionally are my mom and sometimes my dad, but the rest of my relatives are pissed at me and call me a spoiled brat who can't get her shit together. I also have to leave 2 hours early to get to school and just.. ugh, things are complicated. My family is going through something huge and here I am- in the middle of that and also my own problems with relationships that I didn't have but now that came up again and I feel like Im gonna get hurt. I was 100% sure that I was gonna be good this time even tho it is what it is but now I feel like my ''bad days'' are coming again and it hurts physically, I have no idea where I'll be next month. I am so sorry, I hope everything works out for you, you deserve to have it good. I understand how shitty it is. Stay tough and I will try too.
A great recipe that I LOVE is lentil soup. It's really filling, but not too heavy, vegan, high in fiber, really good for you, an easy way to get in vegetables, and REALLY delicious. Just cut up some tomatoes, carrots and celery, and throw them in a pot of water with minced garlic and raw lentils. Add salt and pepper, and let it just cook for about an hour. It's so easy. You can also add some pasta in it for extra texture. Feel better!
Smoothies every morning have improved my immune system so much! Adding chia, hemp seeds or fennel is a great source of energy! Keep smiling pretty lady life gets better!
I seriously appreciate how real she is and down to earth so many other youtubers seem perfect and I know they're not but it's nice to see you're not alone in some struggles. Sending much love!!
Green smoothies! Such an easy way to get in large quantities of raw fruit/veg without too much preparation, always eating salads, etc. You can make them any way you like them; search out recipies online/in bookstores. Also, make sandwiches! Super easy way to pack on the veggies! And hummus is really healthy and an awesome dip for raw veggies!
Get a small scale to weight etsy packages, print the postage and set it up with the post office to have them picked up at your house. You don't even have to be home. Hope you start to feel better soon!
Sarah, I feel you on being overwhelmed. I just graduated college this year, but there was many a time where I just felt I had so much to handle and didn't know how to get through it. But I did, with the love and support of my friends and family. There was one semester I had the flu (legit fever aches pains lost voice flu), worked 30 hours/ week at my part time job, and took 16 credits. On top of that, my car was overheating and not working sporadically so I had to figure out rides to places and school and work, and had to do all that being sick as a dog. I made it through, so so can you because you are an amazing woman with a lot of drive and I know you can do it
This video really made me feel more comfortable about my current situation. I really understand what it's like to have more than 1 issue happening all at once. I recently found out that my mom will be losing her job in the next month (again) and that's amongst so many other things. When it rains, it pours. Just don't let it discourage you! You are most definitely one of my role models/inspirations and your words mean so much...I really love your psych related videos (I'm a psych major, as well).
being a person is hard, i'm proud of you. the pain and ills could be stress related, i've had the same probs recently. one thing after another is difficult, especially when money is tight. but just grow and find ways to be happy when things are tough because getting into a hole is the last thing you want. i'm probably telling you everything you already know, but be hap, even if it's forced, negative thoughts can make you uber sensitive, in a physical way as well as mental. happy vibes x
I'm sorry to hear this Sarah! :( somehow I missed this in my subscription feed... but anyway, I can somewhat relate. Two years ago, I got mono and had to withdraw from classes & move home for a semester. I couldn't do ANYthing, even walking to the bathroom was a huge, tiring ordeal. I got really lonely and depressed, because I had no boyfriend at the time, and all of my friends were being productive- going to school or working- while I was stuck in bed for a month. My advice to you is surround yourself with people that love you! I really relied on my family during that time. You have the benefit of not being AS sick (fingers crossed) as I was, so try and get out and enjoy time with Ryan and your friends! I hope you can get things sorted out with your car as well. Thats tough, but I'm sure it will all work out! Hope this helps! Now I'm off to watch your August Faves :)
Sarah! There will always be tough times but from what I can see you are a strong woman who won't quit. Know that you have a huge support system here and keep your head up! Good things will come soon!
I'm really sorry about your current situation. I'm currently dealing with huge problems of my own and have had a really bumpy life. I struggle with depression and anxiety so I can totally empathize with people who struggle in any way. One thing that keeps me strong is remembering a quote my Daddy would always tell me growing up and still does. When I was very sad and depressed he would say: This Too Shall Pass....And it always did. Whatever it was. I keep that with me and draw strength from it because I know that whatever I face I know it won't last forever. I hope this helps a little, Sarah :)
i got really sick this weekend too! when i woke up i couldnt stand up straight maybe there just something going around and itll go away for us both! as far as the rest just remember what ever is best for you will be and sometimes when things happen to us that just bring us down at that moment and time may actually be a blessing in disguise. Keep hopeful!
My advice for staying strong is to live one day at a time. Personally I struggle with a lot of mental illness' and this really helps me. Just focus of getting through today don't worry about tomorrow or the next week. Just think about what you have to go today and how to do it all. This really helps me not to get overwhelmed with the future, hope I helped. I love you btw 💗💗💗
I recently lost my job after being unemployed for almost a year. It's been a struggle. Especially because I feel like my life is going backwards. In highschool they told me that that after college life begins but I am having a really hard time finding that to to be true. The thing that keeps me gong is the fact that I am trying to see what I do have. And that is a lot. My family, my friends, my health.. I have accepted my situation for now and I feel OK. And that is all I can do... for now.. As long as I am working on tomorrow. I hope you feel better soon. It will be OK. Even if it doesn't seem like it now. You've experienced your first car. You know now how much you loved it. There will be a second car now for sure.
Sending good vibes your way. Everything will work out, don't worry! Especially because of your health, stressing will only be detrimental. Stay strong and try your best to be optimistic ❤️ love you!
What always makes me feel better, as I am a naturally anxious person who has a tendency to get overwhelmed, I always try and remind myself that this stress comes from the pursuit of a wonderful life that you want to make your own, and happy. It is the universe directing you into a better you. A blessing in disguise. A calm sea never made a good sailor.
I have anxiety and when I am very anxious..even if I don't feel traditionally anxious I get sick a lot and I have all over muscle pain that is like fibromyalgia (which I do not have). All of my blood work came back normal as well. Perhaps you are expressing your stress physically instead of more mentally.
I empathise with you and I understand. I really hope you feel positive (and physically better) soon but don't push yourself too much please!! We all love you and appreciate your care for us 😘
Take as much time as you need! First priority is getting yourself better! We all love you and will be here when you get back! Here is my healthy recipe :) it's called stuffed bell peppers! You just get a green bell pepper, cut it vertically, and hollow it out. Next you put corn, kidney beans (or whatever your fav bean is), pace sauce (picante) and cooked brown rice in a pot and cook it. Once that's heated you put it inside the bell peppers, and cook them in the oven at 350 for like 10-20 minutes. Then I always add some cheese on too and cook another 3 minutes, but your choice! Suuuuper easy and healthy! And my idea for a video is an updated what's in my purse/backpack/etc! Love you so much! Hope you feel better soon!
I'm not the best with advice but when I start feeling like crap and am getting stressed out, I go on sites like houzz and pinterest and I plan my future.. and I don't just mean like my life goals, I save photos of what I want my future home to look like, I go into detail and save photos and ideas of each and every room. I look on websites like ikea and look up videos of room tours and things.. just to get myself excited about my future and give myself something to look forward to. Also I try to keep busy.. never just let myself sit in one place and think for too long.. binge watching a tv series or playing an awesome adventure video game is the best to keep your mind distracted.. I hope some of this is even a little bit helpful :P Feel better Sarah
I'm so sorry to hear about the car thing! I've been subscribed to your channel for a while now and I've seen you give up so much for that car...the fact that you have to give it up after only a few weeks of owning it...I can't even imagine how you must feel! I know I don't know you persoanlly but just so you know - I'm supporting you 100% and geniuenly believe that everything will work out fine.
Awwww Sarah;( I've had those life obstacles where everything is falling apart & I hit rock bottom. What I do is think about the future. When you're on the ground the only thing you can do is stand up. If you're lost in a dark tunnel the only thing you can do i move forward until you see light. Sometimes when all hope is lost just remember that it resides within you. Laugh now and think positive because in the future you won't even remember about this stress. I love you Sarah and I wish for the best
i hope your situation gets better soon! I have been without a car for 2 years so i completely understand your situation. Stay strong girl! your subscribers love you xoxox
I used to eat really unhealthy in the sense of being vegetarian and not eating enough "replacements" for all the nutrients that for example meat contains. As I'm also lactose intolerant, I used to basically eat mostly carbohydrates (I ate pasta alot..) and didn't eat enough vegetables. This unhealthy style of eating resulted in me having to start eating meat again or getting injections regularly, because I didn't have enough power and my immune system was very weak. Now I actually eat mostly vegan (I make some exceptions for a good peace of organic meat or eggs) and by using vegan recipes I started to get to know many more vegetables and ways of combining them to make up a good and delicious meal. In the mornings I eat gluten free oats, popped amaranth, banana, coconut flakes and rice drink, sweetened with agave syrup (a healthier alternative to classic sugar). It's important to let the oats soak up milk before eating. Sometimes I like to add some spelt toast with margarine and salted cucumber or a toast with dark chocolate spread to my breakfast. Then for lunch I try to think of any meal containing some kind of potato, pasta, rice, quinoa etc.. and alot of vegetables (for example zucchini, eggplant, pepper, tomato, carrots, brokkoli, cauliflower etc.)! One lunch could be some kind of pasta salad containing artichoke in oil, sun dried tomatoes in oil, raw spinach leafs, some black and green olives and all of that in a dressing of olive oil and pumpkin seed oil. For dinner it's important for me to not eat too many carbohydrates as I tend to feel really full or bloated. I like to eat mostly cooked/fried/roasted vegetables, adding some spices, herbs, nuts/seeds and tofu. I like to eat roasted sweet potatoes with salt, rosemary, thyme and olive oil. I don't take of the peel as it conatains important nutrients and also it gets soft while roasting. I like to dip it into some guacamole or self made ketchup. As this text is getting much too long I'm going to stop here and hope that this will maybe help a bit. Be confident that there are alot of types of vegetables that you don't like now, but you will get used to and maybe also start to love! :) Get well soon, love from Switzerland x Luisa
IIovebeautifulmusic thank you so much for this comment! you made everything sound so delicious and I bet I would like a bunch of that stuff if I just actually tried it, I'm one lazy person and I'm clueless as to what to buy at the store to have on hand etc. I'm definitely in that boat of eating vegetarian but not eating anything to replace the nutrients from meat so I will try some of this out thank you! xx
You are one of my favorite people on here because you are open about your real life and aren't just some robot that puts out videos for viewers. When you talk about eating healthy I just remember your vlogs showing us food you would get from Trader Joe's, Walmart, and a recipe you made at your old apartment. You were so excited about what you were making and how good it was -- it was all relatively healthy from what I remember. Maybe go back to some of your favorite healthy foods from those places? I definitely feel like when it's one thing after another it's hard to stay positive, but that is the best advice I can personally give. Having a positive mindset, trying to see the silver lining, and doing everything in your power to better the situation (like how you are already looking at other options instead of Kia, you're going to get your blood drawn to see what's wrong, you're wanting to eat healthier even if you aren't hungry) is one of the best things you can do and you're already working toward fixing it. You are allowed to 'complain' and have problems just like everyone else, you are human no matter how big or small the issue may be! We all wish you the best on Thursday and through the weekend. I hope everything works out!
To be perfectly honest.. I'm going through kind of the same things right now, i got a serious UTI 2 weeks back and i've been really sick, i had so much pain i would just walk around my apartment sobbing, couldn't do much about it. I am slowly getting better but still not great and i'm under a lot of stress, normally i can kind of keep it together but i am finding it hard at this moment, i don't feel comfortable asking people for help and have been holding out on people lately, i basically just don't get out of the house but it's not healthy and i haven't had the best eating habits either.. I don't eat very regularly and i have migraines because of the quick weather changes, all that stuff, it's a lot and i know how you feel. What i do is just keep going, try to collect my thought and make lists of things that i need to do and try to talk to friends on Skype and stuff, that makes me feel a little bit better usually. Oh and healthy foods that i really enjoy are sushi and quiche! it's good for you and super yummy.
Problems are problems and even if they're not the biggest problems in the world, you still have them and your feelings are valid and you're allowed to be upset. Saying that someone else has it worse isn't going to change the fact that you have what you have and there's nothing you can do about anyone else's issues and it's OKAY to feel the way you do. I hope everything works out soon.
As for advice, I suffered from severe depression and anxiety for over a year and I found that it was most important to not seclude yourself. It's tempting to just stay by yourself in your room and be sad and mopey but it really just adds to the problem... make sure to stay active and keep close with your friends and distract yourself from the shitty things that are happening and hopefully in time they will be over :) I wish you luck strong girl!
If you don't get a lot of fruit and veggies and aren't a big fan I'd recommend fresh juices and soup, soups are great. Some veggies, a potatoe to thicken everything up, stock, blend everything and tada. Bit of cream or milk for some more silkiness is always a great add.
Oh my gosh Sarah I really feel for you! I hope with time you can get your health on track- I'm facing similar issues at the moment as I've been dealing with some health problems related to my diet which has been making me ill a lot lately. I'm so sorry to hear about the car as well :( it would definitely be devastating but I love how you are so open and honest with you viewers. You really are inspiring and I hope it all gets better from here for you!!
I'm sorry I don't know a lot of recipes but I really recommend acai berry juice! they sell it at costco and it's full of antioxidants while being so good! hope you get better soon! stay strong xx
Aw I wish you the best of luck and hopefully things will turn up for you soon just remember sometimes things have to get shitty before they can get better and you always have to hold on to hope and try and focus on the positive things in life
Aw I just really want to reach out and give you a hug. Make sure to drink tons of water and get plenty of rest. And always keep your head up Sarah! Things will get better! 💕
instead of going through a dealer, check the classifieds in your area or maybe even craigslist and get a car that way. it may not be the best car ever, but at least it will get you where you need to go - and plus, probably more affordable!
Hey Sarah! You seem like an awesome person and totally relatable. I've started to practice mindfulness meditation to get through life and it's changed my entire life around completely! It focuses on living in the present. I think it can help anyone that is facing these obstacles that you are. I live in the same general sac area, if you need anything! Best of luck to you and your health. I LOVE your videos, btw! ♡
Get well soon! Rest! I have a very high stress life, I'm autistic, my daughter is autistic & I'm in burn out. I'm thinking about what I am doing to get through this.I'm trying to conserve energy, trying to be aware of my anxiety levels & I'm doing things that I enjoy doing when I can, I'm also trying to get help x
Damn girl, I'm sorry! I had issues with a car and it got taken from me too, so I feel ya. I hope everything gets better for you! Accept what you cannot control
Homemade green smoothies can work wonders for increased energy and vitamins that will boost your immune system. My favorite is frozen mango, strawberries, kale, spinach, chia seeds and OJ!
Let me send you energy and good vibes from Europe! Get better soon and do not worry about the car thing too much. It is not worth it! I always try to look at problems from a point in the future to find out, how big they look in one years time. And I promise you, that shrinks them. Big hug! And take care
I hope you start feeling better! Stay strong and be proud of yourself for being a wonderful being. Take baths, write in a journal every day, make a list of things that make you happy and look at it when you're having a down moment. Some yummy snacks: baby carrots with hummus, get high quality miso paste (it's really easy to just boil water, add the paste to water and you have miso soup!) add tofu, seaweed, green onion. I like to prepare a big pot of quinoa and use it throughout the week, it's great with egg on top for breakfast and for use in a stir fry. Be well
A super easy, delicious breakfast I have almost every morning is toast with mashed avocado topped with a fried egg (or however you like your eggs). It's the bomb
Just found your channel and subscribed. Wishing you all the best with what's going on, it sounds so overwhelming. If you haven't read Crazy Sexy Diet, I suggest it --it's not your typical how-to food book, and it's helped me so much with my anxiety / chronic pain / general wellness, etc etc. It's super informative about food and written by Kris Carr, who is one of the most amazing, inspiring people ever. I also suggest gwyneth paltrow's book, "it's all good" --it makes the transition to changing your lifestyle SO easy and doable, and the recipes are still so delicious and comforting. It also still incorporates animal products, unlike Crazy Sexy Diet, so it might be easier to start with that. I know that her book was inspired by her feeling extremely sick, too. Good luck with tomorrow, sounds like it's going to be a tough day. You seem like a super intelligent, strong person who is able to see the big picture though, you can handle this. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to your videos when you return!
I hope you feel better soon, and I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of what the illness is and it will get better! I know a lot of people that had the similar car issue as you and they quickly got a new replacement for it. Even though you're going through a crappy time at the moment, I promise it will be okay soon - it always is okay in the end! X
I'm having car issues as well. It really doesn't help my driving anxiety either. I just bought a bug, and I still don't have it because the dealership is jerking me around. It's horrible. I commute to kent state. It's stressful and anxious. I've had several panic attacks. I should have had my car three weeks ago.
Hey sarah.. I'm very sorry you got sick so often and so bad lately :( I feel as tho many ppl are at the moment. It's also really fucked up when issues like doctor's appointments and turning in your car are ahead, I get that.. when I'm sick I don't wanna see ppl or anything like that. But knowing you, been watching you since forever, you will get through this. Just breathe and take good care of yourself, you've come so far on your fitness-journey already
Sarah, when you got your car I was so envious of you! I've had my driver's license for four years, but I live at home and our drive way is really small, only big enough to fit my mom's car and my dad's car, so I can't have my own car, I have to drive my parent's cars. I know in this video you said you'll have to ask for rides again, but is it possible for you to drive your parents cars? It gives you a little bit of that freedom back. I'm just curious, because that's what I do.
BiteDown13 honestly I'm terrified to drive my step dad's van! my mom is like how I used to be and doesn't drive, she can and has her license but no car of her own. but our van is a beast and is really old and I'm terrified of something happening while I'm driving it!
Sarah, first of all I'm sorry, my english is nit the best cause Im german :D Your video really touched me! Im feeling for you... my car is having a lot of expensive issues aswell :( although cars are considered as luxury it is hard to give them back and live without them back again, I totally understand you Oh poor you little ill girl :( hope you get well soon!! I always feel a change in my health when I improve what I eat But look at you, you are so strong! Having a lot of stuff to deal with and you are stillnsittingbthere and making a video! This is so inspiring! Always remember; no mattervwhat, it will get better! Life is like a jump rope, up,down,up,down ;) Best wishes!!!!
Spaghetti squash is amazing it's like pasta except a vegetable! Prepare it by cutting it in half gut the seeds, put it in a glass tray with a little bit of water in the pan, bake it and then scoop it out and top it like pasta!
Hope you feel better soon and good luck with school. If you don't qualify for a car at a dealership I highly recommend craigslist you obviously have to save up longer but it nice to have a car that's payed off and is 100% yours.
Hope you get well soon Sarah... Missing you a lot... just focus on simple and easy things. I love to smoothies for veggies. Throw everything or as much veggies you want in blender with coconut water or almond milk then u have it. Talking bout life, mine is same if not harder than yours. It might not about the same issues but we all have struggles girl. You are not alone. Im trying to be on positive note by reading and learning new simple things like language (vocab) and writing... and on another note i do brainstorm on how to tackle things. Just to keep mind going and busy. We gonna be better. have faith and believe. Love you Sarah! Love from Malaysia :)
Stress is a major factor in health and can effect your immune system pretty bad. I'm having a pretty bad month right now as well and I'm starting to feel it physically. Walking helps, just enjoying the outside air is relaxing to me. It may sound stupid but doing something with your hands (crafting, drawing, knitting, jewelry making etc) something you can lose yourself in for a moment helps so much. I've recently read an article (Belgium media) about a recent surge in the sales of coloring books for adults. Psychologists have suggested that the small but not mindless task and the bright colors involved are southing. So just a small task that gives you fulfillment. When it comes to food I love making stir fry dishes because they're quick, cheap (works with any type of vegetable) or as fancy as you want. I love using bell peppers in summer and in winter I use broccoli, cauliflower and carrots together (usually with a cheesy sauce when I don't use chicken) And it fills you up even if you don't feel like adding pasta or rice. Greece style yogurt mixed with fruits is very healthy too but I can't eat that because my stomach can't take it, but you should try it.
I find having inspirational quotes as my phone background or where ever I'm more likely to see it helps! Also music helps me get through everything! As for healthy eating, there's a UK brand called "Quorn" and they might have healthy recipes you could try since they're a vegetarian company and their products are a healthy source of protein and have less saturated fat.
Check for mono! I've had weird symptoms and fever like that last month and had no idea what it was... Exactly what you are describing. So ask your doctor, they can take blood and prove whether it's mono or not. My doctor didn't know eiher until I suggested it and was right.
I'm the same way, I away get weird sickness or pains. They last for two weeks than go away. Than something else bothers me. My blood work and tests come back normal.
I'm so sorry that all of this is happening to you, keep you head up and think positive and you will get through it! Show life that your strong and that you're going to fight back and be healthy and get another car! Btw you should look up some healthy food recipes online
I do this meal for my dinner almost every day to be honest :) I cut chicken or turkey breast in pieces, fry them on coconut oil, then I add sliced mushrooms, gherkins and some curry and sweet paprika, pepper and little bit of salt and then I add water to boil this. I make something like stew of this and add some flour to thicken the sauce. I eat this with whole grain brown rice :)
I'm sorry that you are going through a rough time. I switched over to a healthy diet by having dried fruits and nuts for snacks. I also prepare my meals for the week at once by cooking in bulk with chicken, fish and veggies. If you can put everything together ahead of time, it makes it easier to stick to healthy eating.
I get sick pretty often too. Not a whole lot but more then normal. And I've been mono-mealing like one meal a day or so recently. It's pretty much taking one fruit you like and eating only that for the whole meal. It makes it easier on your body to digest. The key is to eat enough. I use cron-o-meter. It makes it easy to see what ur really getting nutrition wise.
whats really good is kale with balsamic vinigur and touch of mustard and cranberries and add a handful of any nuts (peanuts are really good with it!) Also steamed veggies are really good with soy sauce is you never had them before! Feel better I am sure things will get better!
My advice on making it through bad times is to take it day by day. Don't try to plan everything out or think too hard on the future. I always try to make a plan then life happens and throws my plan off and I get very anxious and upset trying to bring it all back on track. Just focus on one day. I also do not have transportation and rely on the wonderful awesome people in my life for rides. Don't feel bad. As long as you know they're ok with it It's not a big huge deal. You'll get another car. It may not be tomorrow but you will get another one day. Just stay as positive as you can.
sweetheart, i'm really wishing you luck with all these things, school, the car thing, health and everything that makes you feel not so good. get rest, we all completely understand. really. i'm hoping you'll get better soon and not because i want to see a video as soon as possible but just because i want you to feel better and a lot happier than you were in this video. love you, xx.
Oh Sarah, you're my fave, I hope it's nothing too serious. Funnily enough (well, not funny, it aint funny) I've been feeling ill as hell the last few days like you, I had to leave work early today and I'm going to the doctors on Friday to see what's up. You've reminded me that everyone gets ill and it's just life, fingers crossed we're fine! Get well soon xo
Try to think positive and imagine things working out and they will. Positivity creates more positivity!! Stay strong and I'm sorry things aren't going too well at the moment. When things are just not going right for me I just say to myself "this will pass" and it helps me feel less anxious about the situation I'm in. As for diet, I would say drink tonnes of water. I've been doing this recently and I feel soooo much better. Also just eat more balanced and weed out junk food and things that don't really do anything for your body. Hope you get well soon!! Sending good vibes your way sista! xxx
I had that muscle pain too. I totally understand what you''ve been through ... I recently went to a doctor and he said that i don't have enough magnesium in my body. It's been a week that I take magnesium and I can see/feel the difference :-)
Wishing you the best with your health sweetie, Get well soon! I'd just stay to drink lots and lots of water. As far as liking veggies try to mix them with other stuff like rice or noodles. Hoping just as much as you that you can have a car by Monday. When I feel shitty I just nap, read, write stories, and journal alot maybe you can try that?
I am going to keep you in my thought regarding your health. I really hope you get well soon. All of this is going to make you stronger. Your friends are here for you
My favorite healthy dish is a quinoa salad ; quinoa, grilled chicken, any veggies you like and a lemon garlic cilantro sauce (: you can also have some romaine lettuce in there or spinach (or kale if u wanna be crazy)
Aww, no! I hope you get better soon! Stir-fry! Loads of vegetables and all that good stuff, so good for fast nutrients but still hot and tasty! As for dealing with stuff, I was in and out of hospital with heart stuff in between classes and I found it easier to cope if I just wrote down everything I needed to do for school so it was out of my head for a while then focus on other stuff, just keeping organised to avoid extra stress. Feel better soon! :)
I'm so sorry! I really hope you feel better! Make sure to stay hydrated and maybe try to do some light yoga to calm yourself down. Good luck in school! Xx
Hey sarah, i hope your holding up ok, take everyday slowely and try to get back to yourself, eat a few healthy things day by day and get your strength back. sending love and hugs from london.x
I seriously appreciate how real she is and down to earth so many other youtubers seem perfect and I know they're not but it's nice to see you're not alone in some struggles. Sending much love!!
Try eating quinoa! I love it. I eat it a lot (like as pilof) but it is so good as a breakfast food. When I cook for just me I use 1/3 cup quinoa and 2/3 cup water, then cook it in a pot. Then I put almond milk in it when it is done and top it with cinnamon, a little brown sugar, and berries, plums, or apples. It is really tasty and quinoa has protein and fiber! I also really like this milkshake: Frozen bannana, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla extract. It keeps you so full, and it tastes sweet but is healthy. I am going to go eat now.......
Lily Munster yes we will BOTH get through everything! maybe we should just rent a shitty apartment together and get outta here ;P
Hope you feel better, Sarah. Best of luck with school and your car, I'm gonna try and make a healthy/easy recipe video for you soon!
Hope you start to feel better soon!
i second this! it helps so much :)
Sarah, I love how relatable and real you are. Things will get better!
Im really sorry you're going through this, sarah :/ hope you're feeling better soon and that you'll have a great school year
I'm not the best with advice but when I start feeling like crap and am getting stressed out, I go on sites like houzz and pinterest and I plan my future.. and I don't just mean like my life goals, I save photos of what I want my future home to look like, I go into detail and save photos and ideas of each and every room.
Get well soon,
love from Switzerland x
Luisa
Cool.
I'm sorry to hear that, get well soon!
My favorite is frozen mango, strawberries, kale, spinach, chia seeds and OJ!
feel better, love! going to be sending some of my energy and posititivy your way!
Be well
Good luck with everything and I hope everything gets better. I give you all my suport. We love you Sarah! ♥
Hope you feel better Sarah, you're a really strong girl x
Sarah, first of all I'm sorry, my english is nit the best cause Im german :D
Your video really touched me! Im feeling for you... my car is having a lot of expensive issues aswell :( although cars are considered as luxury it is hard to give them back and live without them back again, I totally understand you
Oh poor you little ill girl :( hope you get well soon!! I always feel a change in my health when I improve what I eat
But look at you, you are so strong! Having a lot of stuff to deal with and you are stillnsittingbthere and making a video! This is so inspiring!
Always remember; no mattervwhat, it will get better! Life is like a jump rope, up,down,up,down ;)
Best wishes!!!!
Hey, girl, I wish you all the best for your health, the car problem and the upcoming school year. xoxo

Ich liebe sie ❤️
I am really sorry to hear that! Hope you get better very soon and everything will be fine. Sending lots of love :)
Green smoothies! Spinach, avocado, apple, stevia, and ginger are a good option :)
I'm so sorry Sarah! I hope you feel better really soon, and that the car thing works out:)
I'm the same way, I away get weird sickness or pains. They last for two weeks than go away. Than something else bothers me. My blood work and tests come back normal.
room tour soon? it looks really nice... oh and i hope you're feeling better. looking forward to the next video
I know it might not be ideal but if you can get to Folsom, take the light rail down into the Sac State area! Lots of busses too!
I'm so sorry for you! stay strong, sending you lots of love
I hope everything works out for the best and hope you start to feel better!Stay strong!
Tons of love from Turkey
Please feel better Sarah! LOVE YOU!
Stay strong Sarah, hope you feel better soon!
Sending good vibes your way sista! xxx
:( I'm sorry things are rough. Hope you feel better! Sending good vibes.
i hope youre okay (: much love and support!
oh, Sarah, good luck!!
Your friends are here for you
I hope you feel better soon, and things get better for you Sarah :)
I love you so much, stay strong girl. All of us are here for you.
I'm sorry all that is happening to you, hope everything works out okay 💖💖💖
