How is call quality? And how much sensitive are the sensors on the buds as I had Lenovo buds before they had alot of problem whenever i used to touch them for managing their position or whenever they touched anything literally.
Call quality is very good even on bike.. touch sensitivity is good not a problem

I've got issues with mine just purchased, and my phone (Huawei) can't find them to pair them with Bluetooth. Any advice what I could do with the earbuds?
First Charge them properly then two time press button on battery case then earpod take out from charging case then goto Bluetooth settings in phone. click on pairing new device in Bluetooth settings if tws earpod show in list then click on it pin code is required during connection. Put 0000 or 1234 pin . And enjoy
Yes same problem ....case not charging just brown 🟤 light on then it's off and phone not able to pair or connect it
Brother charging is necessary for pairing.. clean the terminal of buds and charging case and check charging cable replace with new cable.. if it starts charging then you able pair them with phone.🙂

There is no software for use them.. just pair them in Bluetooth.

There is no option for rest. But you unpair them from your phone. Then pair them again.. i think it's solve issues.
