As per the bare act regarding land titling act released by government of andhra pradesh .. It has mentioned 3 types of register
1. Title register, which has no disputes and there is a clear ownership
2. Dispute register.. In this register all the disputed land records are mentioned in which govt has to settle this dispute and should decide a clear ownership for that govt will appoint a ap land title authority and a district head named land title affliate who might be a sub collector or collector , there final decision will be considered such disputed lands so there might be a political interference in this matters which might creat injustice to a common man, who thereby should visit high court for justice which will be a burden to common man... So in practical there is fear that this land titling act may create more prblm than benifits..
