  • Wales press conference to unveil new manager Craig Bellamy.
Craig Bellamy has been appointed Wales head coach on a deal until 2028, replacing Rob Page who was sacked following the team’s failure to qualify for Euro 2024.
The 44-year-old leaves Burnley where he was assistant to former boss Vincent Kompany last season in the Premier League.

Loved him as a player would work his socks off brilliant ability and ready to back his teammates at a any moment sure he’s had some bad moments in high pressure high tension moments but that’s passion this man wanted to win every game an run every blade of grass for the team an fans if he can embody that mentality to his players an get the forwards an wingers to express themselves an become better finishers who knows what can happen best of luck to to him

Bellamy was a great player. Zola said that if Bellamy hadn't suffered those knee injuries, he would have been "world class." No doubt.

Craig, I suspect you will expect more loyalty from the players than you ever gave Sir Robbie Robson at Newcastle. Detest disloyalty as most Welsh people do, Craig.
