    I am sharing you my version of "Pinakbet with Pork & Shrimps Recipe" We love this version, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".
    Pinakbet Recipe - Filipino Food
    Ingredients:
    ***parboiled Pork Spare Ribs
    1 cup - water
    1 sliced - crushed ginger
    4 tbsp - olive oil
    1/4 cup - crushed garlic
    6 pcs - spicy chilis (3pcs for garnish)
    300 grams - Shrimps
    1/4 tsp. - tablesalt
    1 cup - white onion
    1 &1/2 cup - cherry tomatoes
    1/3 cup - Filipino brown Fish Sauce/ Bagoong isda
    410 grams - squash
    180 grams - string beans
    260 grams - bitter gourd
    400 grams - Okra/ ladyfinger
    88 grams - green chilis
    285 grams - Eggplant
    1 cup - water
    1 tsp - brown sugar
    1 tsp - chicken powder
    Parboil:
    Water - enough to submerge ingredients
    1/4 cup - crushed ginger
    1 tbsp - coarse salt
    600 grams - Pork Spare Ribs
    Cooking time: approximately 45 minutes
    Serving: 6+ people

    PINAKBET is a popular Filipino mixed veggie recipe cooked with some meat and Filipino brown fish sauce. This is really yummy❤

    Hmmmmm...sarap kahit ang mga texture ng mga gulay tama ang pagkaluto buti naman walang carrots joke! Ganyan din ang alam kong pag luto ng pakbet. Nect tine naman po pakbet ilocano. God bless po.
