I support your choices 100%! It was a smart choice. When you're farming sadly its not always about which goat you have a fondness to, its which will be best in the long run! I think Fern was a great choice! She's calm and will more than likely carry her mothers udder gene (lets just be thankful its not her personality like hope has lol) And Stella may produce a lot more milk like Luna :) However, It may taste better than Luna's due to her being a mix :) I hope they turn out to be lovely goats for Y'all!! :)

I'm still sad they're keeping the two most boring-looking goats, but oh well. Stella will probably take over as the channel mascot from Luna eventually so that'll be neat. I expected that a Tilly baby would be prioritized over a Penny baby, so I'm not at all surprised they're keeping Fern. I think if Doris had a girl, she'd have been a front-runner as well. I anticipate one of Doris' future doelings to be kept, perhaps when Penny gets retired. That would effectively give them one replacement each for all four of their lines.

Adah Letendre I have an explanation. Pretty much a view is registered when a person reaches a certain time stamp. A like is registered immediately so when someone clicks like it will appear immediately. Some people like the video right when they click so the like registers but the view doesn’t. In other words, people like the video before they watch it so the likes appear but the views don’t. Hope this helped :)

I am still working on my property up north ( AZ ) and going home to FH to work and be with my family, we are moving soon it was planned sooner but weather and "change of winds" prevented it from us...…. I was hoping to have a ready place for goats, but I am not. .....as much I would love to keep Hope, I believe in her...I dont think I am ready for her yet, still building !… I think she can be great strong goat despite all that happen to her. Well, I think you have family for her, I hope you keep me in ur list to adopt...if not now ..next year 100% I just want to be truly ready. Aw, I'm bummed you guys aren't keeping Hope and Posey. I get the Why (especially the biting thing with Hope), it just would've been cool to see you guys have some color diversity in your herd. But I know, that's not the more important thing when you can only have 7 total. they breed at 18 months so it should be this summer for Willow.

Aw, I'm bummed you guys aren't keeping Hope and Posey. I get the Why (especially the biting thing with Hope), it just would've been cool to see you guys have some color diversity in your herd. But I know, that's not the more important thing when you can only have 7 total. Still, I just really liked the two of them for that reason :( Kinda bummed I don't already have a mini homestead set up yet cause I for sure would buy those two. Oh well. Great video as always :))
