What about the scene Where she sees a woman jumping from her balcony in the house on the oposite side of hers ? Is it just an image /fantasy of her self ? Also are any of the other neighbours across her house of importance to the interpertation of her Well being?
Lack of clarity in storytelling & too much ambiguity cheats the audience IMO. Love Twin Peaks (favorite TV show of all time, not season 3) but David Lynch's refusal to answer questions, "figure it out for yourself" attitude is extremely annoying.
