Your show is amazing, it’s so cool how no one gets eliminated and you actually help them hone in their skills during the competition while they’re on the clock. It makes me have a greater appreciation for your skill, and the willingness to share those skills!

Everyone, and i mean EVERYONE, would've been impressed with the lighthouse on its own. and then you made a giant octopus with it, and blew everyone away. this is why your videos are so special. keep it up!
The truth is incredible what can be done with chocolate. So thrilled to see Amaury on the TV now. The format of the show is also unique among reality shows where the competitors don't get eliminated each week, but get a chance to learn and redeem themselves.

School of chocolate was so wholesome and relaxing compared to the high pressure and unnecessarily dramatic cooking competitions that are all too common

Just watched season 1 of School of Chocolate..AMAZING!!! I loved how encouraging, kind, and supportive each of them were to one another. And Chef Amaury and his Assistant Chefs where hands on and helpful when needed. Can't wait for season 2
I binged your series, I loved it. it's refreshing compared to all those cooking competitions. I love how you support your students. I really hope there will be a season 2

This is my absolute favourite piece along with the nautilus. I am obsessed with octopus and have a large tattoo of one covering half my chest. This is so beautiful.

The top of the lighthouse has an LED? And it doesn't make the chocolate melt?

A single LED does not get very hot so that’s why I think it doesn’t melt here

I saw you this from your Netflix show “school of chocolate”. It was very impressive and still is, keep up the great work!
This goes beyond just chocolate work. This man has obviously taken art lessons in sculpting, woodworking and much more, in order to apply these techniques to his chocolate works and he is fantastic at it.

Your creations are such works of art, that I can't quite imagine anyone actually eating them. They're just too beautiful.
