Everyone, and i mean EVERYONE, would've been impressed with the lighthouse on its own. and then you made a giant octopus with it, and blew everyone away. this is why your videos are so special. keep it up!
Just watched season 1 of School of Chocolate..AMAZING!!! I loved how encouraging, kind, and supportive each of them were to one another. And Chef Amaury and his Assistant Chefs where hands on and helpful when needed. Can't wait for season 2
The truth is incredible what can be done with chocolate. Since I started watching his videos and following him on his social networks, I have been impressed by his passion, delicacy and creativity to do wonderful things as you are. So thrilled to see Amaury on the TV now. The format of the show is also unique among reality shows where the competitors don't get eliminated each week, but get a chance to learn and redeem themselves.

Simply a labour of love, love, the theme of the vibrant red & white lighthouse, contrasting, with, the purple octopus, is just beautiful & amazing. A monumental piece of artistic sculpture. The light coming on, at, the, top, of, the lighthouse, makes it whimsical & warm. Merci beaucoup!

I binged your series, I loved it. it's refreshing compared to all those cooking competitions. I love how you support your students. I really hope there will be a season 2
School of chocolate was so wholesome and relaxing compared to the high pressure and unnecessarily dramatic cooking competitions that are all too common

Yes. Beautiful as always. And I was totally looking forward to the light installation so that the lighthouse will really light up. And that detail with the giant octopus is amazing.
This goes beyond just chocolate work. This man has obviously taken art lessons in sculpting, woodworking and much more, in order to apply these techniques to his chocolate works and he is fantastic at it.

This is my absolute favourite piece along with the nautilus. I am obsessed with octopus and have a large tattoo of one covering half my chest. This is so beautiful.

It's good to see the show piece again. I bet, it is easier for the chef to make such a complex structure that deciding the top student in the classroom. The series is an inspiring thing to watch which is better that any master chef season of the world. ❤️🍫
