A creative project! Motivate me to try this model and develop the control algorithm. If we scale up the bike for a real human to ride then the front wheel diameter would occupy a large space.
great project . i am builiding it for my research project in college I may try different control techniques I just have small question what the lego number for the rear wheel?
Hi, great project I see that you figured out how to use the Nidec motors, i bought the same or similar motor (Nidec 24H...) for my project and cant figure out how to properly wire the motor to the arduino, especially the encoder, and i dont even know where to start on the code. Could you share some info, that would really mean a lot to me thank you!
how well does it function on hard surfaces? carpet is probably more forgiving on your specific omniwheel which doesn't have a higher friction contact surface.
Does not work on hard surfaces. Balancing requires more power to wheel, so it slip. The rollers need to be rubberized. I added extra weight to create better grip.
Method? It is simple. A bike with a front wheel like that falls all the time. I measure the angle of the fall, and turn the front wheel to the side of the fall. This is done many times per second. That's it, if I understand the question correctly.
Incredibly beautiful creation, congratulations.

Very cool. I really want to try this myself.
Thanks for sharing the video.
haha looks funny but is very cool. nice work. I'm a big fan of all your projects.
I love this. Great work. Thanks for the video

What information is required? This project is open source with schematic.
I wonder how to assembly the wheels on the omni wheel

Great work! We are trying to design something similar for a project. Could you explain the centre of mass/mass distribution you went with and why?
It is only necessary that it stands vertically.
Great job as usual!
How should the chassis design be if we want to make it solar powered?
This is a bad idea. The solar panels will be too big.

I plan to create a simulation for this for my academic purpose. can you please guide me? is there a fully assembled model available?
Yes, maybe you can. But I can't help you in theory...
thanks for replying, is a fully assembled model available?@@ReMRC
@@akhilasok235 What does "available" mean? I don't sell them.
@@ReMRC do you have any fully assembled digital 3d model?
@@gxrl.almxghty No. For me it not necessary.
Can the second wheel be onmiwheel too?
Yes, will have to try.
Can you provide a code or some understanding on how to do this with lqr controller
What should be included in langarngian equation for this
It's almost the same as th-cam.com/video/Je9Y2WaRB6g/w-d-xo.html
You are doing with pid right but , for bikes movement back front right and left should we add second pid...?
@@Decode.AI_ML A second PID is not required. No PID required at all. :)
Like if we use pid suppose , can you comment pseudo code
@@Decode.AI_ML More specifically, what to comment on?
can you give me lqr for your system or the jacobian matrix
It is open source...
All parts are 3d printed , doing with other material is fesiable..?
Maybe yes. But 3D printing is the best for such things.
Can you please tell the method you use for balance the bike

@@ReMRC can you pls provide some documentation pr source code of it. I have chake GitHub but this project is not there
Well done man
Hi, what software are you using for 3D modelling?
There is no difference. I like to programing, so I mostly use openscad.
Can i buy it? plis fast respon
No.
@@ReMRC please i want to order it
@@ReMRC please make me something like that, i'll pay later
@@SmartCultivation5.0 I don't sell them.
@@ReMRCI'm doing a school assignment about this project, please help me
very cool ❤
