The F/O wasn’t supposed to be in the cockpit and did reckless things and things he shouldn’t have done on the aircraft and not on the aircraft. There’s evidence that He crashed the plane and purpose, and Egypt denied that.

@@haryadiwijaya3304 excuse me? accusations? the pilot kept the controls pointed down, and didn’t mention not ONE problem that was going on with the aircraft the entire time. facts are facts, and sketchy is sketchy. if I was about to do something crazy like that I would be praying to God as well (which I do believe in thank you). he was trying to give his family a better life financially with his life insurance, so whether he believed in God or not, he still could’ve k*lled himself for their sake. The only reason his country is trying to cover it up is because it goes against their religion, which is utterly disrespectful to the innocent souls who lost their lives on this flight.

I think that the moment he was left alone in the cockpit there was an amazing coincidental mechanical disaster. Sounds right to me

First Officer Al-Batouti's nephew was right. It was a cover-up. But it wasn't a cover-up from the US side. But from the Egyptian side. They were too stubborn to see the true facts. That first officer Al-Batouti purposely crashed the plane. There is no reason for the US to try to hide the real reason behind the accident. While the Egyptian government did have reasons. Out-of-date religious reasons. Religious reasons that stated that people of their religion do not commit suicide. But people commit suicide quite a bit. The NTSB came to the conclussion that first officer Al-Batouti crashed the plane on purpose by getting rid of any other possible mechanical faulure that the aircraft could have had with the evidence they had. Everything started when Captain El-Habashi left the cockpit to use the bathroom. Which left first officer Al-Batouti alone in the cockpit. And he used that to his advantage to crash the plane into the ocean.

In East Asian countries, like Japan, Korea and Taiwan, most relatives will change their last names or even h**g themselves.
But in Egypt, you play the victim card and blamed everyone but themselves. What a shame.
