imo the best thing about them are their concert performances! they're free to be themselves and perform as best as they can for their fans. Their stage presence and atmosphere is insane, not to mention great live vocals (waaaay better than music show performances). "6 Nights" (2017) is their latest concert and i highly recommend checking it out. For more spicy performances, check their "House Party" concert (2015)

I personally think Promise (I’ll Be) that Taecyeon wrote deserves more attention like it’s seriously one of their best title track. Beside of the title track, Gentlemen’s Game was my favorite album before MUST was released coz the track list in Gentlemen’s Game really represent 2PM’s image as a MEN GROUP if not other than the current album (MUST) itself
i agree soooooo much! promise is suuuuch a good song, i think its my favorite title track and the album is so amazing, really sucks that it didnt get that much attention. hope new fans can start appreciating this song & album!

Your boy is also my boy. In case you don't remember, his name is Jun.K (real name: Kim Minjun), and he definitely has an amazing face. I'm going to hope that you can react to their Japanese songs and MVs, because they're really amazing, and it's a pretty long discography. Promise (I'll be) is a song written and composed by Taecyeon, the main rapper of the group.
ADTOY is one of my favorites and I love the dancing for this one too. Wooyoung has become my fav after seeing how well he takes care of Taeyeon and IU. Before I really liked Taecyeon but the boys of 2pm are one of my favorite boy groups overall for how well they take care of other idols. Like 2pm and SNSD were always together for collabs, commercials, ect and I loved their interactions

When I started to listen to their songs and watch their content I felt that tug in my heart too and now I think they can even be another ult of mine, which I didn't think it was possible after Monsta X haha that's the first time I've fallen so hard for a group after I became a mbb and I do not regret one bit bc 2pm are absolutely amazing, crazy talented and I love their personalities. I thought my bias was Jun K, but then Chansung happened, and Nichkhun, and Junho, and Wooyoung and Taecyon and I realized I can't choose a bias lol but I definitely have a soft spot for Jun K and Chansung. Their live performances are incredible, you should check them out
bwahaha it's funny for me to read your comment because I discovered K-pop in 2011ish and 2PM instantly became my favorite group at that time, and in 2018 I came upon Monsta X and it became my ult group alongside 2PM 😂 we did things in reverse !

Thank you for reaction. I want to suggest you to watch their solo works as well. For example "No Love" by Jun.K or"Sexy lady" by "Wooyoung". Of course all the members have solo albums, but Taecyeon an Chansung are only in Japanese version. But the rest, have so many Korean solo songs.
You should definitely check out their solos as well! All 6 of them have solo careers

I been a fan of 2pm for 10 years now (just celebrated 2pm 13th Anniversary yesterday) and I wasn’t a fan of JunK vocals until I came across his solo song “No Love (Korean version)” and that when I realised - wow he can really sing. So I do appreciate that you love them for their songs and personality. Honestly it nice to see your journey to 2pm. Bring back alot of good memories for me. Thank you for sharing.
My favorite title tracks all in one video !! I'm so happy you like them 2pm are such a comfort group for me and so many hottest still ! I think you already know but they all have solos that i think you should check out! There's a song in particular named Fine by junho that he made for his cat that passed away and the mv is so beautiful i always cry. Other songs I think you might like: Love Song, Without U, Nobody Else, Hallucination, Humming (b-sides) Think About You, Why ft Jimin (JunK) Canvas, Instant Love, Fine (Junho) Quit, Still here (Wooyoung) Bridge (Nichkhun)

I think you'll fall in love with Jun. K if you listen to No Love (Japanese version is way better than Korean but both are OK). And definitely you have to listen to the full Gentlemen Game album

2PM is so freaking good on all levels. They can do it all. You picked a great time too especially now they had a comeback after forever now that they are all back together after their military time. Please check out Without You. 2PM in leather and in water! Yessssss pls! I assume you have watched their My House MV tht they are famous for. Also loved these reactions. I love the album Gentleman's Game. I listen to it all the time. Also I know of them because they are Got7's seniors and 2PM has written some Japanrse songs for Got7. 2PM are Got7's mentors too. Go 2PM! No wonder they called them BEASTS. They really are!
2pm came at me like a tidal wave. one second, i’m watching the make it mv, the next i’m watching their wild bunny show from like 2009. you’re definitely much better at pacing yourself while organically getting into these groups.
Glad you like Come Back When You Hear this Song. As 1 title song, CBWYHTS may be weak, compared to other 2PM's songs (according to Nichkhun), but it's very meaningful in the sense that 2PM made that song with the lyrics from a fan's letter. Also, 2PM made a comeback after 2 years, so supposedly, many people forgot about them. Further, I believe many people left the fandom due to NK's DUI. Thus, this song is mostly for those people who had turned away. The fan must have been super happy.
You definitely should check JUN K SONG: this is not a song.

For me they are part of the first set of kpop groups I listen to and love their music, my storie with kpop started 10 years ago, so I have been bless to listen and see all their grow as music performers. Nexto Super Junior, TVXQ and Big Bang they are on the top of that second generation of kpop that went and conquer new markets internationally.
You should listen to Jun. K - No Love (Korean Version)! I love everything about him in this song+mv; his emotions, his voice, his facial expressions, everything!
2pm is one of the best idols on variety shows so I would check out something like 2pm wild beat or 2pm show if you want to know the members more :) or even just their old running man episodes. They are all really good.

promise (i'll be) was written and composed by taecyeon! he was crazy for that JSNAJSMSK. if im correct, ever since go crazy (2014), their kr comebacks have been written and composed by the members! jun. k for go crazy and my house, taecyeon for promise, and now wooyoung for make it ^^ not so sure abt jp title tracks since i havent dived deep into those yet but i feel like theyve written some as well haha
You’re right about the Korean titles.
For Japanese title tracks, Jun. K wrote Higher (one of my fav Japanese titles, though the MV was low budget), which is the only title that doesn’t have a corresponding Korean version. He also wrote My House (Jpn version) and Midaretemina (Go Crazy, JPN version), which do have somewhat different lyrics. Promise (I’ll Be) was released as a single in Japan when they had their 2016 Tokyo Dome concerts. Most of their Japanese songs don’t have a corresponding Korean version, though a few major songs do. They’ve written a lot of their Koreans and Japanese B-sides as well.
So like considering that you enjoy Jun. K's voice, you should probably check out the compilation made to highlight their powerful vocal line, including Jun, Wooyoung and Junho. (Although now, literally ALL of them have been amazing vocalists with their recent comeback)
I feel like such compilations may give you a quick run through all the types of songs they sing, and songs that have most vocalisation.

I can't even say anything constructive, I'm just really happy! ADTOY is one of my favorite songs of all time. I hope you can check out their Comeback Show for Must (on your own time of course) because it was so fun to see them perform some older songs again after such a long time. As far as i knew this was written by a fan then 2pm composed it.
In the end of the video you saw the fireworks but before it was perfectly done there's a fire break out because of the fireworks particles landed in sponge which causes the fire but no one was hurt ...they are all okay ..
According to Taec, "Comeback When You Hear This Song" was supposed to be 2AM's song. He asked JYP to give the song to 2PM instead

Come Back When You Hear This Song is one of my all time faves and I love Promise (I'll Be), but ADTOY is one of their overrated ones for me. It's just too slow and repeats too much for me. Choreo is iconic though for that one.

Does a music video go that far in kpop with the sexualization...why yes it does. I am a HUGE fan of Troublemaker which is a duo with Hyuna and Hyungsuk (Beast) their video "Now" was extremely controversial with the 2 idols kissing at the time and sexual touches. It is Hyuna so whatever and they did that during a live stage and the other idol's faces when they were doing the song live were priceless.
